wisconsin will beat penn state because they have a ball control offense and will tire out a penn state defense that lacks depth. wisconsin is also capable of a spread offense that could help to neutralize the above average linebacking crew of penn state.
although wisconsin's defense is suspect, i can say the same for a penn state offense that lacks explosiveness
:P

Penn Steak will beat Wisconsin because Wisky's O is 1 dimensional. They'll put 8 men in the box and shut down Calhoun. Then on obvious passing downs, they'll send a blitz which will make Stocco make poor decisions, leading to at least 1 defensive touchdown for the Lions. Calhoun eclipses the 100 yard mark, but Stocco goes 9-27 for 138 yards and 2 picks. Final Score: Lions 23 - Badgers 10

yeah- good point
Minnesota is a perfect example of a team that is mediocre but can suddenly show up one week and slap you like you said a curse word at the supper table. actually, michigan state and iowa are other great examples of this. the big 10 does not have the best/sexiest teams in the nation, but is the toughest conf. from top to bottom.

Back in teh years when Drew Brees was at Purdue students there thought Purdue was a sexy football team. I would always tell them that the Purdue Boilermakers will probably always be the least sexy team, regardless of how many recievers they use. I also learned to appreciate large tints while at purdue.

ummmm, I was joking about the gophers. In a 5 game span, they gave up 35, 44, 38, and 45 in 4 games. The Big 10 is always overrated.

the seniors stepped up big for psu this weekend, as did freshman deion butler, and they will continue to stand up when they win against MSU and play in their bowl game

the michigan game was in that 5 game span, where they gave up 20. so, in all 5, they gave up an avg. of 36 points. They gave up 40 a game in those 4 games in the previous post.
My point is, play someone (Michigan)

i remember turning to Steph, my new WI friend, and asking here "Steph, um...is always....like this?" She looked me dead in the eye and answered boldly "no, not always." if water didn't turn to ice instantly, i would've shed a tear, right there, on the sidewalk, in WI.

i'm glad PSU lost to UM because if they went undefeated and didn't get a shot at the title i would've stabbed somebody. this way i stay outta jail.
wait...you're for PSU, half?
also, if we ended up being undefeated and the #3 team in the nation, i would know that even though we achieved so much we don't deserve to play for a national championship over USC or Texas
