Is it internet shopping? Do they sell CDs & DVDs?

used it a few times for hotels.
saved me big bucks.

Thanks! So the deal is, if you "name your own price", you name a price (and choose a loose area and star rating of the hotel) and give them your credit card, and then the first hotel that says yes to your offer, you're obligated to take, have I understood this correctly?
