i have 4 boss pedals, and the 9 volt battery only works in one of them... do you know of a reason why it isnt working in the other ones?

coudl just be problems with the battery clips. have you tried using an adapter on em?

I was also thinking that if the 9 volt is old, the one pedal that'll take it might be a pedal that doesn't use as much juice as the others...

I have a question.  Let's say you have four pedals,  Can you use one power adaptor for all four?  Or do you need to employ batteries?

You can get a thing called a daisy chain that links em together. boss sells a specific one for 9volt pedals.
