He wasn't wasted. I think thats the one where he can't sleep and he goes to get tests run on him to figure out why he can't sleep. He gets paid for this and wants to save up for a dvd player. So he's real close to getting it and the doctors try to kick him out cause he starts sleeping and then he feaks out and starts saying "DVD!"
