Title: Bocce
Post by: ycartrob on Mar 09, 2008, 03:54 PM
OK, I am close to completing my bocce court. All I need is to lay down a surface. I have been told that crushed oyster shells works best or crushed shale.
Anyone? Thoughts? Anecdotes? Theories?

My posse and I have been playing "cross country" bocce for a while now.  There's nothing like a summer sunday witha cooler full of beer and a good game of Bocce ball.

When I play bocce, I usually play on my friends backyard lawn - complete with lumpy grass, gopher holes and doggy doo.  It adds to the challenge!!  Man, Tracy, you trying to make us all jealous?  It's working!  Where's my pallina.....
