Damn that was one long read, but if true it's mind-boggling. Kind of funny how Newton's church was on the verge of closing for lack of funds and then BAM, a renovation. ;) His trucking co goes from two drivers to dozens of contracts and more drivers :o

The scary part to me is Auburn surely isn't the only college doing this kind of stuff.

It's always about the money!

Really sucks for all the AU fans who are legit and really love their team. They  have to deal with all this, and have it take away from just enjoying the damn games.

Even if only less than half is true that's some pretty serious stuff. The bank that went under with 25 billion that had all the ties in with the board of trustees and the horse race track casino that rigged the slot machines so the recruits would win.

But the most of the crazy shit these "good ol boys" have done doesn't even relate to football recruits.

I don't blame you in the least Brooke. Just enjoy the games and your team. It sucks that this crap is swirling around your team. >:(

If any of this turns out to be true ( I hope not for your sake), you can deal with it then.
