Title: Early Days of the band
Post by: axround3r on Mar 15, 2009, 05:57 PM
It seems Jim and co. used to play overseas a lot during the early days, in places like Amsterdam, Belgium, Netherlands. First off does anybody know how old Jim and John and the rest were during this time?

Secondly Id like to give credit where its due. Jim being a boy from KY. Amsterdam is a far ways from home. I wonder what it was like for them to be playing so far away. From some of the pictures they seem to be rocking back then as they do now.

I wonder if Jim ever thought the band would become such a powerhouse that it has become today along with the EU album, with such a killer light show, 3 set shows or longer, and shows like MSG on NYE.

The photos from Belgium etc. are ever so nostalgic.
