We just heard, courtesy of the lovely and talented (and VERY funny) Linda Parks (http://sxsw.com/node/6816 (http://sxsw.com/node/6816)) that her soul mate, Tom Blankenship (aka Two Tone Tommy), will join Carl on stage at SXSW on March 19. Look up for the link to show info.

EDIT: It is a separate performance and interview w/Carl at 2 PM Central at the IFC Crossroads House, 612 Brazos Street, Austin, TX. Not sure if its "open" to the public or any other details.

It was pretty sick. Beautiful theatre. Yim did Louisiana Fairytale & St James
I grabbed a video with my iphone. Not amazing but better than nothing. Yim is really animated it. He came back out and sung some back ups at the end. They will be airing it in the fall

Thanks for that. Now, how ironic is it that as I was watching it I thought, "Look at all those people filming with their phones. Don't they see the professionals filming this with professional equipment so they'll be able to relive the experience at a later date?"
