FYI
All pre-sale tickets coming from My Morning Jacket to fans are indeed the best seats in the house. Fret not about the locations you will see as the band and management made sure our appreciation for your enthusiasm and support will reflected in the locations of all pre-sale tickets. Many Thanks!!

I am glad to read this, but I still wish the seats at Red Red Rocks were GA in the first 24 rows the way they are for most Red Rocks shows. For the fan pre-sale will TicketMaster offer me within the first few rows (good) but on the outside edge (bad). It's nice not to have to go in line in afternoon, but at last I can choose where my friends and I can sit if they are GA..
Sweet! I thought this was going to be different based on the two ticket limit and the late shipping of the tickets to avoid scalpers. This is fantastic.
Seeker, where did you read the tickets in the first 24 rows will be reserved? Ticketmaster doesn't even show the first 24 rows available at all.

I believe yesterday the listing said rows 1-60 were reserved. Now it seems that the regular setup might be happening, or maybe the first 25 will be reserved and only available in the pre-sale? The latter seems doubtful, we'll just have to see when it starts. If they are reserved, as Seeker suggested, avoid outer edge seats (< 10 or > 75) on row 1.
Yeah- now the TM site doesn't say anything about the first 24 rows, so I don't know what will happen.
Is it really a two ticket limit? I didn't see that. If they were reserved I was going to buy 6 so I could invite friends, or my kids.
For Red Rocks, I have seen REM sell GA to first 24 rows but they had the first 4 GA rows roped off for their fan club, who had some special notation on their tickets. maybe it will work that way.
Red Rocks should have it's own thread. It's the greatest venue in the world and you all should come see it!

They have a Big Head Todd setup that looks to have the all the lower rows reserved. I like that first 4 row thing!
