There's a core Circuital set list there, but look at those gems: Heartbreakin Man, Honest Man, Butch Cassidy, full Lay Low, Steam Engine (I think they took our Unstaged vote to heart), Dondante...

:o

Was Run Thru full or end into TM2?

And, is that Fung's poster behind the setlist?

Thanks for the set lists, lp!

Looks like another fantastic set. I hope they keep sprinkling in rarely-played gems throughout the tour, this is awesome.

Great write up, especially these two paragraphs:

"Yames is one of those performers who probably wishes he could be three places at once. Playing guitar and singing at the same time forces him to keep still. But when soloing or singing without the guitar he's a crashing atom, running and weaving across whatever space he's allowed to occupy. The energy of his singing is undeniable (if occasionally sharp). He handled plain-spoken, Neil Young-styled folk singing with soaring, soulful falsettos that galvanized the crowd, especially on his 2005 song "Wordless Chorus," which he sang while draped in a Dracula cape. He also pulled his evening jacket over his head, hoodie-style, for another song.

The secret weapon of My Morning Jacket is multi-instrumentalist and backup singer Carl Broemel. He kept pace with Yames every step of the way with his complex harmony singing, pedal-steel playing and conspiring guitar, especially in the crashing instrumental passages."

Amazing exuberant energy from the guys last night. Laylow and dondante were just epic. God damn I love those two, the played em Seattle in 08 also.

This band is just amazing. I smiled the whole night. Truly spiritual. Cant wait for Vancouver.
