just saw widespread panic there last friday and the place is phenomenal. Picture a grassy field surrounded by woods on private property. The property used to be owned by Barbara Mandrel and now it has a new owner, complete with hiking trails, disc golf course, and restaurant. Security was lax as well.
unbelievable venue. I want to see MMJ play in the fucking woods!
the show and lot were great, no telling what MMJ could conjure up in those woods..
It was a good venue if they can improve their entrance and exit issues. Other than that, it was a very pleasing place to see a concert. The stage lights shining on the trees were very pretty last Friday night weren't they. I also liked that It wasn't a traditional amphitheater with a huge hill to have to deal with. That can be difficult when you've drank too much.
