what time have they come on stage for past new years shows? Im assuming theyll play for around 2 hours before the ball drops and then an hour after. Any info would help/ Thanks!
I went to both previous NYE shows, and can honestly say I have zero recollection about what time they started. But both did involve a short break right before NYE and well over another hour (maybe closer to 2??) after the countdown. I feel like both previous NYE shows were closer to 4 hours of rawkn.
Doors open at 7:30.
My guess is that they'll play for about 2.5 hours, starting around 9:00 and then take a break before coming back for the countdown and some more music.
do we know if Preservation Hall Jazz Band is playing an opening set or just supporting MMJ?

I think they will play a 30 to 40 minute set.
I also would expect two sets from MMJ. One leading up to midnight and one post midnight. Hopefully they can go to at least 1am. But if all probably depends on how long they rented the venue for.
I am expecting two sets! So no music right at 7:30pm which is our ticket time?
Or a timely and legit opening set by PHJB?
Plenty of time to mingle, admire each other's outfits, visit the merch?
