Some super old shows and Forecastle should happen as well.
I'd like to check out the show with the Boston Pops from 2006. Never seen those anywhere aside from a couple youtube videos.

Ditto!
Kyle, any luck?
'Roo 2006. If I remember correctly, was that the first Makes No Diff? I know everyone has boners for 'roo 05 and 08 but 06 has such awesome covers. The Band, Misfits, VU (head held high out of Older Guys) the who. Massive, epic set.
We are a spoiled bunch. As a LONG time Who nut there are very limited shows available from the "golden" era, meaning 1967-1973. They are comparable to MMJ for contrasting shows in the same period, but usually performance wise, not set list. We have an amazing amount of access to very high quality videos and recordings, as well as almost 300 taped shows on Archive.org. After pointing out how lucky we are, can there be any doubt the Boston Pops show would be the most unique show not yet available?

I've never seen a tape of this but it would love to have it. I remember "They Ran" being out of this world and the "One Big Holiday" with the curtain drop to open was the best I have ever felt in my life.
"Mo' fuckin' Lionel Richie"

I promise that wasn't me. My first show was a month later, at the Fillmore, and got By My Car. I didn't realize at the time how lucky I was to hear it.

Count me in as wishing for this as well. It was the best of those summer shows I saw, and probably the longest too.

Actually made the jump to NYC shortly after seeing ya'll at the Mann Center. The daily Raritan Valley Line commute was cramping my style due to long hours at work. Hope all is well in C-Town!
Hope to catch up and talk some Jacket at a JJ show soon. I'll be at the Sleep No More show.
