This song and many others are located at the official unofficial guitar tabs site:

I dont mean to critique the tab but its missing a part. There is a different riff between riff 2 and when the lyrics start. It changes at about 2:00 when the drums come in. Ill try to work on it but it may take a while
you do this
B------7--7s5s3-- and two D strums at the end of riff 2
instead of this
e-------2-----2p--0----------------2------2p--0--------
B-------3---3--------3-------------3---3---------3-----
, i hope this makes sense :-?

I'm a little confused. Are you saying this is what he does in the second verse or is this a correction for the intro part? And is it the D he's strumming or the D/F# 2x0032?
I know this tab isn't perfect so I definitely welcome corrections/additions.
when the big ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh's come in and i think it is d/f#

Cool. I just noticed the two tabs are exactly the same notes, just played on different strings. :)
Has anybody figured out Carl's part for the song (Riff 1 and 2)?
I thought I had the part that goes with riff 1, but something sounds off about it.
G--9\11----9--11-14-11------
D-------------------------------
A--7\9------7--9--12--9-------
E-------------------------------

So my younger brother figured this out and I thought I'd share. This is for Carl's part on the Okonokos version of the song. It kicks in at around 6:20:
e
B ---------5--7--5--7--8--7--5--5--7--8--7--5--5--7--8--7--5--7X3-8X3
G 0-2-4-7-----------------------7-----------------7----------------7-------
*
e ---------------------------------------------10--10--10---10--10--10
B 10 (repeat a lot)-12-12-10--8--7--7 ---7---7----8---8---8---
G
*repeat this three times then end with
E 10
B 7
G
Also, the way I play Jim's part is:
e--------------------------------------
B--------------------------------------
G---------0-----------2-----2----------
D---0-2----4--2-0-0--0---------0--------
A---------------------------4----4---0------
E-3---------------------------------------
This song sounds so good when the aaahhhhs come.
