I'm sure some of you folks on here already have the inside info or have heard about it before this post but I figured I'd pop in here and let you guys know that multiple people from Inforoo were told MMJ would be on the lineup this year.
It's not 100% yet (unless you guys know more than me) but it's exciting to say the least.
Hoping for an epic late night set again, like 2008.
This would be a dream come true!!! They deserve a Headlining spot, I mean these cats ARE Bonnaroo. They are Bonnaroo legends!!
Great news.
As i clicked 'forum' just now i again saw the governer's ball lineup and thought "Sweet lineup, but in the end what we would get from mmj and every other band is a watered down 1.25 hour set.. I REALLY hope they play bonnaroo!"
I would be so happy if this happens. Let's get Tame Impala on that bill as well.
Hope they headline so I can watch the livestream on my couch

Mostly these. Plus rap acts like Kendrick Lamar and Run The Jewels (who confirmed themselves they'd be there).
Elton John and then Billy Joel? gross.

Yea, it's not very exciting. It seems like the new tradition the past few years for Sunday headliners is to have it be a classic act that everyone can singalong to their hits. Petty then Elton and now Billy Joel. They have kind of gotten away from the Jam Band headliner for Sunday.
So, i dont know who else is part of the new basement tapes off the top of my head but with mumford being there and w elvis costello being someone who is no stranger to the roo, could it be possible that we see a one off? Would be right up jim's alley in terms of being everywhere at a festival like forecastle '12 or roo '13.
Here's a question that is based in my desire to see mmj, tame impala, flying lotus and deadmau5 all at the same festival (but in the grass, not in the city): is there any connection between the governers ball people and the roo people?
No.

Basement Tapes makes so much sense for Newport Folk Fest I'd be shocked if it doesn't happen.

Yea, I could see that happening.
Unfortunately, Elvis Costello is busy during Roo and will be overseas for that. So while they could still do something it won't be a full group set. I wouldn't be surprised to see Mumford and Jim James maybe share the stage at some point and do a song or something (assuming they are both there for sure) but who knows?
If they do play Bonnaroo, i just hope they are the last band scheduled on their stage and arent going to be held to a hits-only 2 hour set again because of an Arcade Fire or Mumford and Sons waiting to go on. Another 30+ song set would mame the entire trip worth it.
Hmmmmm

Welp. Insider is usually dead on. Forecastle?
There are a bunch of other sources saying that MMJ will indeed be on the farm. Won't be much longer until we know for sure.
Insider originally said no to MMJ but she then clarified that she basically knows the top 4 and had assumed they would be there. This was after others had been told to through sources that MMJ would indeed be on the farm this year.
From Inforoo:
Quote from: insiderLet me clarify on me saying 'out' for MMJ.......that is only based upon me knowing those top 4 and assuming if MMJ was there, they would be up with those 4.
So still possible. Obviously, nothing is set in stone until we get it officially but I'm feeling good about them being on the farm. Even if they aren't there this year they'll have to be back next year.
Not that I have an inside source, but I think MMJ will 100% be there. New album, already confirmed Gov Ball (the week before). All signs point to them making a return.
It certainly makes all the sense in the world to have MMJ back on the farm..
Nothing confirmed yet on Inforoo but people certainly seem to be holding out hope still.
And yeah, if the top 4 were Billy Joel, Kendrick Lamar, Deadmau5, and Mumford, then MMJ sadly would not be in that top for (due to it being based solely on popularity and not musical merit... obviously)

the big festies are certainly falling into the following set up for headliners: Classic Rock Band Revival du jour, Hip Hop Star du Jour, EDM person, Hip Rock Band du jour (even though Mumford was more du jour a couple of years ago).
In a matter of hours, we will have our answer.
By the way, someone posted something on inforoo about MMJ that i absolutely had to respond to.. in doing so i think i've come up with a theory. Their initial post is italicized, my response is below that in normal font.
Still talking new/potential headliners:
...same for MMJ. I've already said this somewhere, but two albums in ten years is not convincing at all. Especially when those two albums are Evil Urges and Circuital. Like, one's decent and the other's solid, and I think they'd be headlining if they had two solid albums and two decent ones in ten years, or just one great record and one solid one, but they don't. They've been putting out ok albums every five years and that won't get you to a headliner unless you've already got a lot more great/massive albums under your belt than MMJ does.
While your argument certainly has its merits, let's get some facts straight (and yes, this is probably way more than you ever wanted to discuss MMJ ;) )
Off the top of my head:
The Tennessee Fire: 1999
At Dawn: 2001
It Still Moves: 2003
Z: 2005
Evil Urges: 2008
Circuital: 2011
--------------------------
New Album A: April 2015
New Album B: 2016
So, in the past 10 years, they have released 3 albums with a fourth on the way that will drop two months prior to Bonnaroo. It's worth noting that between Circuital and the newest album that will be released in April, Jim has produced a solo album which included a fairly lengthy tour. Add that to two full MMJ tours, and another in which they traveled with Bob Dylan and Wilco, and you can see why this last one took a little longer. How does that impact their festival status? I'm not sure. I would like to believe that they picked up some extra younger fans by including Band of Horses on their 2012 tour, and perhaps scooped up some of the older generation on the 2013 Americanarama tour.
Still, while most of us would agree that they put on a better show than Billy Joel, Deadmau5, Mumford or Kendrick Lamar (albeit much different, save for perhaps Mumford), no one would say that they are as popular as those four this year. However, in terms of finally achieving that headlining slot, it's all lining up perfectly for MMJ in 2016. If not at Bonnaroo, then perhaps Coachella. Picture it: New Album A drops in April, and it's very very good. They put on another epic late night set on the farm (as well as other festivals), tour basically from June to NYE, and the buzz is strong once again. Then, new album B comes out in early 2016 and it's full throttle, warp speed to the top of the poster. Looking at it from the top down, perhaps this was the Master Plan all along.

Well said Stevie!
Yea, that was a great post Stevie. It's too bad that the Headliner thread is a dumpster fire that never stops moving. Otherwise your post would probably get more attention/discussion.
Fingers crossed for a Roo late night extravaganza. Bring out Marcus Mumford and Brittany Howard as guests and we're on the right track.
Give me a late night blowout and/or D'Angelo on the lineup and I'm there.
If I can't get either of those options, this is gonna be a tough call.
I really need tour dates soon if MMJ is announced tonight. Don't want to book anything before we find out about Red Rocks.
Exactly. Feel like the best option might just be holding out for a month or two and then making an informed (and ridiculous) decision once all the cards are on the table.
Its always best to know the score before making big decisions like this. Sure, you may score an early bird ticket by acting fast but when it all comes down to it the small savings arent really that important. Bonnaroo usually takes quite a while to sell out anyway, right?
So.. this is the latest list that is going around by (seemingly) one of the more prominent inforoo posters:
Billy Joel - Mumford & Sons - Kendrick Lamar - Deadmau5
Florence + the Machine - My Morning Jacket - Alabama Shakes - Robert Plant
Bassnectar - Belle & Sebastian - Death Cab for Cutie - Weezer - TV on the Radio - Modest Mouse
Alt-J - J. Cole - Earth, Wind & Fire - Tame Impala - Ratatat - Twenty One Pilots - Flume - The War on Drugs
Beach House - Run the Jewels - Sun Kil Moon - Future Islands - STS9 - Father John Misty - Caribou - Medeski, Martin, Scofield & Wood

Someone asked about another artist (Flying Lotus :D), and he said he couldn't confirm him so he wasn't on his list.. This made me feel like maybe these bands were at least somewhat confirmed, so i inquired if this is the case. Response should come soon.
MMJ and Tame Impala at the same festival would be a win in and of itself.
Roo doesn't usually "sell out" until a week or so before the fest, which is why I'm confident waiting this one out. Having said that, I'm still hoping for a bitchin' lineup. And no one has a CLUE as to who will be hosting the SuperJams, so while the majority of the lineup is already known, that's gonna be a nice surprise.
ITM - what is going on with BLAM this year? Is there no show at all? Will they have anything streaming? (Past performances, etc)
Or is it just going to be announced on twitter?
yes some past performances and preview of the video from skrillex superjam

Costello is def out of the country during the Bonaroo dates, but really he's the least of the talent in the Basement Tapes
So.. i've been thinking...
I have never been at Bonnaroo while the guys were there. So seeing the two hour set in 2011 after back to back 3.5+ hour performances really kind of baffled me. But i did some more digging and realized that those long late night shows were not on the main stage, they were on the "which" stage. However, in 2011, Lil Wayne played the late night "MMJ Spot" on the which stage. So i'm wondering, was that the band's decision?
Obviously, the What stage is massive and would attract a lot of attention. Were they attempting to reach a bigger audience to garner more interest in Circuital? Or was it simply a matter of wanting to play the headlining stage, just to play it? Either way, i'm slightly concerned that we have seen the last of MMJ at the late night which stage slot. There is a big difference between a 2 hour festival set and a 3.5 hour, anything goes blowout. The first is.. cool.. but maybe not something i want to drive 12 hours for. The second, i would put the cost on credit if i had to.
I know this isn't something to really get bent out of shape over, but i hope I'm wrong in my theory.
The last two late night sets were not both on the which stage.
2008 - yes, but 2006 - was in one of the tents (this/that)....
In my opinion 2011 was the 6th time they were paying there, they probably wanted the opportunity to play the What Stage and not during the early parts of the day, but also as a pre-headliner.
Also agree... Probably a marketing tool as well, with the chance to promote Circuital, and broaden their fan base.
Right. So then the question is: Which will they choose this time? I feel like i already know the answer and it's a little disappointing. This would be so much easier if they had simply made them a headliner and put deadmau5 in a tent where he belongs. That way they could close a night with a three hour set on the what stage. I guess we will see.
I'm not totally sure they get a huge say in what spot they play. I always assumed they took the What stage in 2011 because it is the biggest crowd and was basically a headliner slot from previous years. Obviously Arcade Fire was the actual headliner but the slot that MMJ had was a prime spot. I, too, was baffled by that though because I selfishly wanted them to have another 3 hour set.
This year I'm really, really hoping they get slotted in the Which stage late night slot they had in 2008. That was such an epic show and they could certainly deliver that performance again. It seems clear that they're either going to get What stage pre-headliner again or Which Stage late night. I can't see them being slotted in a tent. I also would be very disappointed if they got like an hour and a half on the Which stage in the afternoon (like Gov't Mule got a couple years ago).

Look at the set times for OBH. Maybe Jacket doesn't want to play for 3 hours anymore...maybe the short shows from AmericanaRama changed the way the look at their live shows. I hope none of this is the case, because a 3 hour mmj show is a helluva lot more exciting than a 2 hour show filled with "greatest hits".
I definitely agree. They will either play right before Mumford and Sons on the What Stage, or hopefully get that late night set on Friday on the Which Stage. 2006 and 2008 were both unbelievable years when they weren't constrained by time.
I actually have a feeling Deadmaus will be the Saturday late night set. The late night sets have actually turned into headliner status, especially for that type of music. I don't listen to that, but correct me if I'm wrong but Skrillex is just as big or bigger than Desdmaus, and he got the late night set last year. I have a feeling Kendrick or Florence will headline Friday night.
Just a thought...

Confirmed for Saturday. http://lineup.bonnaroo.com/?sort=day (http://lineup.bonnaroo.com/?sort=day)
yeah, i think that was probably obvious the minute their tour schedule came out.
No way they were playing friday after a three nighter tues-thurs and no way they would play sunday.
Since it's looking like MMJ not getting a late night I'm hoping we at least get Jim/Carl involved in the Superjam again. And at least a 2 hour set on the What stage before Mumford.
Any idea when they announce the late-night acts? If they do get a late-night, I might make the move.
Looking at my saved emails it appears the schedule usually drops around the beginning of May. Sometimes they'll announce the late night acts before the actual schedule. In 2010 they announced the late night acts in late April. So, I'd say another month and change before we know. From reading this thread it appears they aren't playing late night, but I don't know if that's conjecture or what so until I hear otherwise I will hope beyond hope for another late night set. I was at both the '06 and '08 late night sets, and bloody hell that's where it's at. You really get the hardcore fans for those, plus the people who may not know about them that stumble upon the awesomeness.
After it was discovered that there would not be late night MMJ, and after Chicago was announced, i have about 5% desire to go to Bonnaroo and deal with that heat all weekend for a 2 hour festival set. Granted, there will surely be some great collaborations and the potential for a Super Jam is there is well. Will wait and see the schedule when it comes out but i'm most likely bailing on my plans to venture south for this.

Rumor right now is they aren't late night. Someone talked to band members either at OBH or the airport right after and they said they weren't sure when they were playing but it likely wouldn't be late night. Something along those lines. That doesn't make it 100% but I've been running with the idea that MMJ plays main stage before Mumford and then at night we get the Superjam (which could possibly feature some New Basement Tapes stuff since Mumford, Rhiannon, and Jim are there the same day And Dawes can stick around from the day before.
It's disappointing they won't have another marathon set for Late Night. Maybe next year following the next album release we get a killer Late Night Which set like 2008. For now I'm hoping for at least 2 hours main stage like before Arcade Fire a few years ago
They're officially NOT playing a late-night set this year: http://www.bonnaroo.com/news/late-night-sets (http://www.bonnaroo.com/news/late-night-sets)
Guess I won't be journeying up to The Farm after all.
I'm guessing super jam is something with Jim
That D'Angelo addition has me questioning everything I thought I knew!!!
I had planned to sit this Roo out, now I don't know if that is going to be possible. All of a sudden this looks like one of the best lineups of the summer.
MMJ, D'Angelo, Gary Clark Jr., The Superjam, Bahamas -- all in one day?!? Good lord. Having said that, could definitely see D'Angelo and the Superjam conflicting.
Also, I'm betting they still haven't booked a Superjam. I remember reading that these things are often a last-minute scramble, and I get the feeling this might be one of those years.
So, 7:00-8:30 on What, pre-headliner before Mumford and Sons, much like the pre-Arcade Fire spot from 2011. To look at the schedule and see Mumford and Sons playing right after, unopposed and with 30 more minutes...does not sit well with me. That's not a judgement on Mumford's music (I'm ambivalent towards them) but I fear a rehash of the 2011 show with Waterfall tracks replacing Circuital ones. The MMJ-Belle and Sebastian-Atomic Bomb conflict is my worst in years at Roo.
Of course, when I'm in the pit and the beauty begins those quibbles will be long since past.
PS- Major score with the Superjam and D'Angelo barely overlapping.

Except MMJ had a 2 hour set in 2011. Not sure what's happening with the schedule at Bonnaroo this year. Fewer bands and shorter sets. That 30 minutes makes a big difference in a MMJ set.
Holy crap you're right. This whole schedule is depressing as hell to me. This is to be my 11th Bonnaroo, and I can't remember ever being disappointed with the schedule drop. There have always been and always will be conflicts, and those are generally easy solves when in the moment, but there's a fair amount of weirdness on this thing I just can't get over right now. Typically schedule-drop day is a celebration of daydreaming and scheming but today I'm like "whut?"
All of this will be forgotten in June when I'm there having a blast, I know. But man.
The scheduling this year is bonkers.
They always have a few questionable decisions. But this year seems insane.
More long gaps between sets, later start times, shorter sets. I don't get it.
MMJ went from 2 hours on the main stage in 2011 to 1.5 hours on the main stage in 2015. How does that happen?
That's the most disappointing part. The 2011 show felt too short. The 2015 show will be like 10 songs.

Same here. I've been going since 2005 (only missed 2010) and I never feel this way about the schedule. So many things are just confusing or frustrating. I don't even have a ton of conflicts....everything about the schedule just seems weird.
Not only is the lineup crap this year, but the scheduling sucks too. How do you give MMJ only 90 minutes when they have such a deep history with the festival? I'd prefer that they not even play and just wait to put them on the lineup when they can get the proper Sunday closer set or late night again.
Damn.... I was just starting to get excited for this and thought i might pull the trigger but 1.5 hours?
When you take into account about 6 Waterfall tracks that leaves you with room for about two lesser played songs and one will be a New Basement Tapes selection. Was reallyhoping for something unique to happen there but i just dont think its mathematically possible now. May just skip it.

Not that it makes it any better but some are thinking Jim may once again be involved with the Superjam. So if that's the case I could see them going light on MMJ if he's going to play a late night Superjam. But I'm not banking on that.
1.5 for MMJ feels like an insult. Like....I'm sure they don't mind but when I think back to MMJ/Bonnaroo I think about epic long sets that destroy people's minds. With 1.5 I feel like they'll just get into a groove and have to wrap it up.
Im really trying hard not to be negative about this but i cant help but wonder what in the world they were thinking. Americanarama set times were about 1:15, so thats sort of a reference.
Either Jim is heavily involved in the super jam or they are really trying to rest up after chicago.
Was really hoping for a late night 3 hour set. Maybe next year after the next album comes out?
With the Waterfall being as good as it is, if they put out another one that's also pretty darn good before next summer i'll be baffled if they don't get an outright headlining slot.
At that point, what else do you they gotta do?
The entire schedule is like this. Why did they shorten set times so much... My guess is money. It isn't like the festival industry isn't getting lackluster enough without this bullshit. This may be my last Bonnaroo. I've never had a year where I've had fewer conflicts than this year. I'm considering selling my ticket.

AC have lost their minds this year. I like how in their reddit interview when asked about the poor headliners they say that it's due to the market of music festivals being oversaturated, but then they go and create like 5 more festivals this year on top of what they already have.
and for these exact reasons I did not purchase a ticket to Bonnaroo...nor will I ever purchase another ticket to Bonnaroo unless MMJ plays at midnight
Bonnaroo loves MMJ (I would think) so part of me feels like there's something up their sleeve.
Holding out hope (but not necessarily expecting) that they do a bit of collaboration between MMJ/Mumford for New Basement Tapes on What. Or that Jim and Carl are in Superjam again or MMJ does one of the traveling parade sets. I can't imagine that the ONLY music Jim and others will play is 1.5 on the What stage. There HAS to be something more.....right? RIGHT?
I'm sure they'll still kick ass. I just know they can do so much more with extra time.
FYI MMJ's set just got extended and bumped back slightly -- they're now playing 8-10!
Still too short for my taste but way better than what it was. Great change!
Great news!
So is anyone else actually going to this? I can't wait (even though 2 hour set feels like a tease for what I Really want).
Some members of the Inforoo board have said they talked to members of MMJ at recent shows and that they want to put on a great show and are working on some guests. Could be exciting! Maybe Brittany comes out or we get a NBT song or two.
I'm going to be there all weekend. Full MMJ set.
Feel free to join us at the Inforoo Brunch on Friday morning in Tent Only. Always a fun time and a bunch of message board folks meeting up for the first time (or reuniting).
Can't wait! mmj WILL rock Roo again!
asking for a friend - what is the best way to find a shared ride or transportation from Chattanooga to the roo?
glad i'm not going this year
I'll be there Monkey Trainer. Excited it's almost here!
I'm in too fo sho. It's gonna be a damn fine weekend.
For those of us that can't make it, MMJ is one of the artists that will be livestreMed.

has anyone else realized that today's the 8 year anniversary of MMJ's 4 hour epicness at Bonnaroo 2008? im bummed just hearing about the 2 hour limit. If the band have imposed this on themselves, I respect their decision, but if they'd like to play for as long as possible but the festival is fucking with scheduling (i thought they were the biggest headliner???) . can someone rip the stream and make a download of it? it'd be much appreciated as i'm gonna have to miss the stream as well today, we got the wake for my mother tonight at home and im gonna be preoccupied with relatives i havent seen in years pretending they care, but at least ill have my friends there
The war on drugs are crushing it
Great opener for mmj
Am I watching the right stream? Whoever I'm watching just got done with a terrifying Fleetwood Mac cover. There are also two drummers in this band.
2nd the archive request - anyone able to save the live stream? I'm watching but would love to have it for the duration.
Is it choppy for anyone else?
Bo killing it on Spring!!
Smooth sailing for me
Fucking love the new jams
They sound so good

Given such a short amount if time, they just destroyed bonnaroo. What a great two hour set. I streamed the second half and they reaffirmed the title I've give them if BEST DAMN WORKING BAND AROUND, PERIOD.
And Dondante was right at 13-14 minutes. Surely so they could add in an extra song or two.
Wowwwww!
Great performance!
Carl looked like he was having so much fun!!
New songs are getting better and better live too!
Agree on Carl!!! He had great energy the entire set and listening in on my headphones I could really appreciate his strong backing vocals.
GO TEAM CARL!!!
that was a greatest hits setlist if i ever saw one. good stuff
Guys! RedBull TV originally said the MMJ replay would be on at 1:40 am pacific and know theyre off the replay schedule completely!!!! My heart! Does anybody know anything or was anyone able to successfully record the stream?
i can't believe they didn't do any new basement songs last night? Either Mumford come out with them, or Jim come out with them later. I mean he came out later to do the encore with little help from my friends, but disappointing.
I have to say also how happy I am to be a fan of this band! Watching Mumford and Sons, I don't see them as a headliner. They didn't do anything extra with this performance... This is Saturday headliner at bonnaroo for god sake!!! They played the exact same setlist as they played two nights before at some random town. If I was a fan of theirs and came to specifically see them, and follow them around... I would have been pissed.
Mmj completely stole their thunder before they even walked on stage, they just didn't know it yet
Funny side note: I loved how Jim got such a kick out of it when he put the thumbs up and the crowd went crazy! He was cracking me up ...

so did Jim come back out and play with anyone? You'd think between Taylor Goldsmith, Marcus Mumford, and Brittany Howard that some sort of song/jam would have ensued....
I missed the stream last night, but the full show is on YouTube :drum:

Jim and Taylor came out at the Mumford encore and sang With a Little Help from My Friends...
But no Baesment Tapes songs.
Here is the encore performance

Great set. I was surprised that they didn't play a single mellow song, that Jim didn't talk to the crowd at all, and that they did not play Big Decisions. That Dondante was short but very sweet.

Jim didn't address the audience one. Just said thank you after 2 hours of mind melting Jacketness.
I gotta say, I fuckin' loved that set. They just came out, rolled through their greatest hits, scattered a couple new songs in there, and gave the Bonnaroo crowd exactly what they wanted. It was a massive show, a real statement if I've ever saw one.
Did anyone else feel like it was a "dark" set...there was nothing really sunny or relaxed there.
I'm guessing Jim didn't talk bc they were trying to own the What Stage which they did. They packed everything they could into that set. From a crowd point of view there were so many casual fans of the band there. I had people asking me song names. Dondante blew their minds.
My other highlight came earlier in the day when I saw Rhiannon Giddens' set. Beautiful roo moments under the trees in the shade happened. Lots of people in the crowd were hoping for a Basement Tapes set. The closest we got was hearing Giddens sing Spanish Mary.
I posted this in the Tapings thread as well; here's the audio rip. Note, 20 seconds of Circuital is cut due to an issue with the stream, and levels have been tweaked a bit. My version of the video rip will be uploaded to Youtube soon.

Not only was the setlist killer, they fucking murdered every single one of the songs as well... 6th Jacket show and this one was for the books....
Thanks as always boys!
edit: Also- did anyone else notice Victory Dance was during the sunset right before dark? "Hope to dance a victory dance, during the evenings setting sun" as the sun was setting.... Goddamn boys
I can't add much, other than to say we all know every show is better than the last. They came off a three night run of no repeats with deep tracks included in Chicago, proceeded to play the most obvious songs at Bonnaroo with no deep cuts (and nothing from the first two albums), at least half of which they played 4 years earlier on the same stage, and still ripped it a new one.
There was no better crowd for me at Roo this year than in the pit with a bunch of rabid MMJ fans, on their feet all day, hot and sweaty and sunburned and burned out. It felt so calm for the 45 minutes or so waiting for the show to start and then everybody went nuts. So much fun. High fives and hugs from people you've never met, peoples' mouths hanging open (including mine), and the rumble of the bass was like nothing I've ever felt. I don't dig on modern EDM. I do like electronic music but it's mostly chilled out and not party type stuff, so I don't know if all those shows have bass like that but every hair on my body was moving at once from those hits.
I kept waiting to hear that classic call of Bonnarooooooo from Jim, and it never materialized. Actually nothing materialized banter-wise, and it seemed to me that he decided to let the music do the talking. I think it worked. I have several friends who I've been preaching about this band to for over a decade. One of them stood just off the rail on Jim's side with me, and it was her first show. Her husband said it changed his life and he's going to the Nashville show now. (She is giving him hell because he doesn't usually like "her" music and slept on them for a long time.) Another friend of mine took her husband who said they instantly became his favorite band, going to his second show in Nashville as well. The four 19 year-olds camped next to me went to see them based on my recommendation, and said it was one of the best things they saw all weekend.
At any rate, I saw the first Waterfall rehearsal show, Athens, and Knoxville. Each one was better than the last. This one was better than those. I'm sure last night's show was better than this one, tonight's will be better than that one, and so on and so on into e t e r n i t y.
I don't know if everyone agrees with that, but I truly think it's the case. Anybody with a ticket in hand to see these guys is lucky as fuck. Let's do it again and burn 'ol Nashville down in August!
PS: My top Roo shows this were MMJ, D'Angelo, Tears for Fears, Earth Wind and Fire, King Gizzard, and Slayer. Another great Roo.
And finally, I wasn't able to get by the Relix booth to get a Bonnaroo Beacon on Sunday, so if anyone has an extra, I'd be happy to pay for postage. Thanks!
