I don't see confirmation of this info anywhere, so I can't be positive, but I believe it means 4 per event.

ok - lots of folks in the Forum and FB groups asking the same question - would be super helpful if you guys could clarify for RC members
Also lots of questions on differences between 2014-2015 RC membership and the new deluxe RC. I bought the 18 month version in September and it appears that I am OK with buying tickets. However, would I have to buy the deluxe in order to get the new t-shirt and poster?

Correct, you must purchase the Deluxe membership to receive the Deluxe Membership items.

Good idea and thanks for sharing. I do still feel like things have been "confirmed" in the past that ended up not coming true so I'm cautiously optimistic about the answers. grndCTRL has certainly shaken my trust in what they claim but at least we have this as a record/point of reference.
Hmm, so does that mean if I got the 2014-2015 roll call, I wont get the second 7" vinyl?
So where will we go to buy tickets? Will we get an email? Or do we just log onto Roll Call thru the MMJ website? Or go to the specific show page and click on "tickets"?

I asked about that yesterday in a chat session on W Union's website. The person told me that she didn't know the answer. However, she said she thinks multiple show purchases will require multiple transactions (can't load up your cart with multiple shows and then make one purchase). Keep in mind that the Wonderful Union rep didn't know for sure. So this post has been very helpful to everyone I'm sure.

If you click on the MMJ banner at the top of this page, the shows are up but the links aren't active yet. I think as long as we're logged in, then we're good to go once the presale starts.
Don't hold me to this though. I remember back a bit when we ended up having to either re log in or register again because GC screwed up when the presale started. :rolleyes: Hopefully the kinks are worked out this time around but I'm not holding my breath. :wink:

There were kinks indeed. I remember not being able to navigate back to my cart once tickets were added for more than one PC show. The timer was running low and there was no icon for the shopping cart. I predict kinks but hoping to be surprised.
The wisest thing they can do to alleviate any headaches for early entry is to have only one laminate, the same one the 2014-2015 roll callers got. Maybe they're already planning on making more for the 2015 roll callers.

If I do not buy tickets through roll call, can I still use my laminate to get early entry (I got the 18-month option last year)?
I want to buy Red Rocks tickets, but I'm not 100% sure that I can go so I don't really want to buy tickets I have to pick up at will call.

Yes, as long as you have your RC laminate you're good to go.

At this point with Roll Call I go in with low expectations and hope to be surprised. I've gotten way too frustrated over their past issues and don't need that kind of stress haha.

Thanks for the updates Justin. Even with all of the communication, I/We still don't know whether to do what customer service highly recommends or do what the website is actually capable of doing, which is purchasing multiple dates all at once. I hope it all goes well for everyone on Monday.
I didn't read this entire thing but I do know for sure that you won't get an e-mail or anything, once they go on sale if you are logged into your account the buy links will then become active, I got lucky that the two im trying hardest for are in different time zones. I will say groundctrl still has a little ways to go getting used to our population but it really looks like they are trying. I think a lot of these companies are starting to figure out that these "old hippies" take their music super serious so they better get their shit straight or the band will walk after enough complaints

I was told we get the 30 minute "deluxe" benefit. Unless you only had the Digital membership but I'm not sure they even offered that last year.

I'm still waiting on my roll call activation code. Called WU/GC and they said I should receive an email this evening with my code. The tickets for the Milwaukee show go on sale Monday at 10am...
They better get this damn code to me in the next few hours close tonight, otherwise I have a feeling I won't have a code for monday morning at 10am, at which time WU/GC won't even be open yet.

The code is supposed to show up in your dashboard up to ten minutes prior to the sale. Just enough time to panic the shit out of you.
Also, if you've never done a ground control pre-sale before, expect something to go wrong.
Am I missing something here? Once they put the new banner at the top of the page, I can't even get my dashboard up or check my account. I'm logged in but that's it. No access to check anything else. :huh:
They must be putting the finishing touches on it; the other day the dashboard was there with the new banner because I checked to see my RC status. Admittedly, the Friday before the onsale is def not the day to be screwing around with navigation.
Even then it was not super obvious where the "dashboard" was hiding as I recall.
They seem to be the kings of convolution.
EDIT: oh nevermind, I see where you can go in to the "Account." I take it all back, except for the convoluted part.
For the shows at Chicago Theatre June 9-11 the event page says that "please note: there will be multiple ticket options for this show (general admission pit, reserved orchestra and multi-day tickets)" - ...so, for the multi-day tickets option what section will the seats be in- GA pit or reserved orch?
Also, how big is the GA pit?

Can anyone help me?....I ordered my Roll Call Deluxe package the other day and cannot login under "Roll Call", is anyone else having the same issue? I just ordered the deluxe Roll Call (before midnight Pacific Time, but barely) and none of the Roll Call tabs are working for me either. It just acts like it's loading and produces nothing, like it's constantly refreshing. Hopefully I have better luck in the morning. I'm still very confused about what I need to hit the presale on monday- whether I need a code or not.

I found my problem to be with my mobile device needing to be updated. It's all good now but those links are definitely helpful, and how I was navigating around until I found out the problem.
I purchased one of the limited Roll Call memberships in early January. I can login to Roll Call and view my Account. My subscription ends in June. When I click on any of the menu options under Roll Call: Users, Blogs, Forum, etc. I am brought to a page asking me to purchase the "new" Roll Call. fun!
I ordered the deluxe roll call with my album preorder, but still haven't gotten a code or anything regarding my roll call package. I used to have a roll call account but it expired. I've tried calling and emailing WU, but they won't open until 10 ET Monday, which is when the on sale begins and I'm afraid I'm going to miss out on the opportunity, at least for the first 30 minutes, which was the main reason I got it. Any one else have this issue?
I, too have the 18 month membership good until December 2015 and I never even got an email about presale...this happen to anyone else?
