Nice. Went to Missoula a few years ago for PJ. Really fun town.
Words cannot describe how excited I am to finally get to see a Jacket show in Missoula, my current place of residence. Missoula is a great town and it should be fun to see the Wilma after all the new renovations are finished. Couldn't be more excited
This one sold out quickly!
What's the capacity there?
It's closing for renovations, including a new sound system, in about a week and capacity is supposed to be around 1,500 after all is finished. This show is the grand reopening!
We have decided to road trip in the fall. Missoula -> Boise -> SLC -> Vegas with some state parks in between.
Any ideas where the best place to score tickets for Missoula is? Nothing on Craigslist- not many Stubhub options. Looking for 4...
Does anyone know who the opening act is for the Missoula show?
It looks like Strand of Oaks is the opener. I haven't seen any tickets for sale yet, hopefully you can get your hands on some!
Yeah- starting to get nervous about this one. There are 14 on stubHub for $175+. Assuming those will come down as we closer, but not sure how far.

I would be diligent on Craigslist and check a few times a day, select the 'by owner' option to weed out all the brokers. It'll work out!
You're looking for four? I will be on the lookout. I'd be happy to help if I find any for sale

Much appreciated. It's GA so I don;t need to buy them altogether obviously.

Glad to hear it! See you there.
For awhile Strand of Oaks was listed as the support on the tour page while there has not been any mention of an opener on the Wilma's website. Now neither has an opener listed. Does anyone think it's possible that this could be an MMJ-only show?
anybody coming through SLC show on 10/07 lets hang out!! I'd love to meet some Jacket Peoples

I was wondering the same thing
Very excited for this show! I live in Boston and have never been to Montana, my gf and I were already planning a trip out there around this time, so the timing of this show was pretty serendipitous.
Does anyone have any suggestions on scoring an extra ticket? We're staying with her sister out there and want to take her as a thank you for giving us a place to crash, but I haven't had any luck finding tickets. Please let me know if you or anyone you know has an extra – willing to pay above face value!
Either way I can't wait for this, less than two weeks away! :cheesy:
Just confirmed that there is no opener for this one. It's "An Evening With..."
This show is going to be sooooooo good.
No kidding! I am beyond excited for this one!!!
Any locals on here? Doors at 7, Show at 8. Assuming 8-10:30ish. Will there be anywhere to go after the show? Anything open on Monday nights?
WHAAAAT???? IN MONTANA AN EVENING WITH? ??? UGHHHH do an evening with in SLC pleeeeeeeaaaassseeee !!!!
Is this the only "An Evening With..." on the whole tour? So, that means they're recording the new live album then right?
:)
I was half kidding, but it is the only show on the fall tour that is not included in the spontaneous curation
This is so weird..
Anyone going to have any +1s available for Missoula for early entry?
I live in Missoula--you shouldn't have a tough time finding a place to go after the show. The Rhino (Front & Ryman) is about a block away and always seems to be entertaining. Further north on Higgins Avenue will lead you to more bars--Charlie B's, The Old Post, James Bar to name a few. Can't say if it will be dead or not, but these places will be open.
Thanks Cy.
I just realized that this is going to be a seated GA show. Any tips on this? We have 2 non-Rol call with my wife and I. Will I be able to save their seats when I get in for early entry or is that frowned upon? They'll be waiting in line once public doors open so shouldn't be that long.
That is unless I can find some people in the roll call line with + 1s available.
I think it's fine to save seats. Also, each roll call person can bring a +1 that's not a roll call member on early entry.
Okay cool
Yeah, I'm the only one in our 4 that has it. My buddy wants to join but it's been out of stock.
There are only seats in the balcony for this show. That's the way I understand it at least.
Hm. The website and all the pictures have GA seats. Maybe they pulled them out during the renovation?
From a story on the renovation: "We changed the footprint of the room. It used to have a sloped floor, but we took out all the seats and we tiered the floor. The change makes it a much more multipurpose room," Checota said. "Now we can do banquets, comedy shows, standing-room-only shows all the way up to a theater-style show."
Sounds like it's just the balcony that has seats.
@sometomguy is tweeting.
Guessing shows over...
Somebody gotta setlist?
Please & Thank You.

wondering if they did a full Steam and then OMR or if it was the transition to and fro
im thinking both were full, given the crossing out of River and Bermuda
great setlist!
