Marble Mouth by Pillar Point - It kind of sounds like Caribou's Our Love but a has little more of a dance feel.

Self titled by Mass Gothic - A solid offering from SubPop that's a mixture of fuzz and pop.

I'm still waiting on my vinyl copies of Quilt and DIIV to arrive.
And I'm definitely going to have to check out that Cian Nugent album.

I'm hearing good things about Woods.  I know they opened for MMJ last year.  They're coming to Iowa City on the 27th, so I'll pick up their album there, maybe get it signed.  Its a small venue.  Glad to hear its making a lot of folks' favorite album lists.

Lucius - Good Grief (Fantastic "kooky" pop album, saw them live last month and they are FLAWLESS performers -- I actually signed up with this username not knowing they had any connection to MMJ!)

Band of Skulls - By Default (Great album if you're a fan of disco-rock, their previous three albums are more hard hitting)

Ladyhawke - Wild Things (Another one that puts on a great show!)

Santigold - 99c (Great album but I'm pissed at her right now for cancelling her show in Manchester)

Niki & The Dove - Everybody's Heart Is Broken Now (Few people pull off the whole 70s/80s throwback this flawlessly - one song sounds like a lost Fleetwood Mac classic - bold claim but true)

The Joy Formidable - Hitch (The video for 'Last Thing On My Mind' is genius - it addresses the uneven balance between male and female sexuality in music - very hypnotic!)

This is by far my favourite song and video of the year (so far)

yes that one is amazing.

and gotta love this:

"It was 2007 when they made the pact. Evan Stephens Hall and Zack Levine were stoned out of their minds, ready to graduate high school, devouring Gushers in Levine's beat up car, listening to My Morning Jacket's "Gideon" and dreaming about the future. We were on some side street shortly after discovering weed, eating snacks," Hall says. "We're listening to MMJ's live album, and we were like, 'We love playing live, we love music. Let's fucking go for this after college. Let's make it our lives.' And we have."
