I think it was 3:00 the past two times, but we got there around 1:00 both times with no problems of early check in.
You can pretty much get there whenever you want on the 4th, but your room likely won't be ready until 3. We got there early last time and had lunch and some drinks before going back to check in to our room.

Same, we just went and got lunch/drinks and hung out by the pool in our airplane outfits til the rooms were ready. Not a bad way to spend waiting!!
