What's the difference between the deluxe and digital presale tickets?

What's the difference between the deluxe and digital presale tickets?
Nothing different about the tickets. The difference is the time you can access the sale (deluxe roll call members get earlier access.... although don't get your hopes up for either time).
well, this makes up for the carl cancellation. i'll be at the austin show.

Gotcha. So extremely limited I guess. :(
Im ecstatic to have two nights in Boston! But also wondering why 2 nights in Boston only? And what back to back nights setlist to expect - repeats ?

Yeah I'm feeling pretty lucky about getting 2 shows. If I were to guess, I bet this tour will be similar to the last album tour, full album front to back, then 5 or 6 encore songs. Although since he will now have 2 full albums of material to chose from plus MMJ songs, maybe he will play more than that.
Looks like Omaha, NE is my best bet. Anyone else heading to Slowdown on Wed. Nov. 30?
BTW, don't forget that a lot of these venues are GA, so presales aren't that big of a deal. Check the venue websites for seating info before stressing out.
i really, really dislike terminal 5.. so hard to enjoy music there unless you commit to line up early and go in at doors
I have so many emotions....pumped for new Jim solo material, stoked to get to see him live! but....his Chicago date is the same night as night 1 of Conor Oberst's two night solo run in Chicago....I know not all of you are big Conor fans but he and Jim are almost tied for me for fav musicians all time...this is rough!!! Pretty sure I have to skip Conor night 1 for Jim, and just settle for night 2 of Conor only...

Same here. Throw in T5 is a Sunday, and it's the Philly Fillmore Friday (say that three times fast  ) show for me. Thankful to live an equal distance from each and have a choice.
sadly when Jim is playing here in Louisville I'll be in Baltimore spending Thanksgiving week with my family. When he's in DC I'll be traveling from KY to Maryland all day...
Just wasn't meant to happen for me this tour!
Looking forward to the new music though!!
Tabernacle for me!
I realize Jim will be in San Francisco 2 days in a row before this tour gets rolling, but I'm hoping for a date between Portland and Las Vegas. Both of the dates with Conor are billed as Conor Oberst + Guests so I feel it is entirely possible that when those dates come and go we will get a Bay Area Jim James show announced. Anybody know anything about the 3 day gap that I might be missing?

If I had to take a guess, I'd think LA on 12/9. I can't imagine him skipping LA.
The Fillmore in philly is kinda a big place for him i think. Was thinking Union Transfer, but i'll be there.
Anyone else creeped out by the album cover?
Bend, Oregon is right after PDX on the way to LAS. At the Tower Theater
I don't want to get off-topic, but how can one even get a Deluxe Roll Call membership now? Page says they are 'Sold Out' .. I understand the merch associated with Deluxe Roll Call is probably gone, but how can you 'sell out' of memberships? Seems unfair for someone that just wants to renew their Deluxe status, and now has no other option but to ge the Digital package wait that extra 30 minutes for pre-sales...which pretty much means ~no tickets~ on pre-sale today.

Aren't the first two shows late Sept both Southern California? I bet one of those three dates will be San Fran area. But there could be both LA and SF. That has a better chance than three days off in a row.

As much as I love JJ, I think creeped out is how I feel about the cover. It's not my favorite. But maybe after hearing the music, we'll see that there is a reason for why he picked that as the cover?

It's a bummer. Sorry about that.... no one knows. It's mystery that has come up in other threads.
Is the presale just through MMJ's site? I'm logged into roll call and refreshing like a madman.
Edit: It is.
Boy I wish Wonderful Union made it clear how I was paying for this. Nothing on the ticket-buying page or under account > Billing Info. Do I have a credit card linked to this? Or is it through Paypal?
Either way, it looks like I got my ticket to Terminal 5. Can't wait!
Wow. That was easy for a WU purchase!
In for Philly.
Woo Hoo!! 2nd row for Louisville!!
3rd row for me at the palace!
So there's pit and then orch. I'm 2nd row Orch so I'm assuming that's actually like row 5. Either way total win and cheap prices!
Easiest presale ever for me. Row B pit for Lou! Start the roll call!

I didn't see a "buy" button at first and then after a bit I luckily scrolled down. Then I thought I was done because it said "success." Finally I clicked purchase because I noticed the time was still winding down. The credit card linked with Roll Call apparently expired so after a brief panic, I clicked billing and updated my credit card and paid. Hopefully some tips can be discerned from my above, boring story.
Row D Right Orchestra. Quite inexpensive tickets for a show especially for the Warner Theater.
Had Row B for the palace, those disappeared and ended up with row H, oh well. :undecided: 35 bucks for a show at the palace aint bad.

Wonderful Union presale was a bit clunky but I pushed through it. Probably lost out on a more favorable ticket outcome with delays. What I ended up with, for the Warner Theatre in DC, were two single second row (BB), center section, dead center and 8 seats off to the left. I'm looking for another ticket in that area for a friend. And, at the concert, I'll give up my dead center seat to sit next to Ms GO4IT if people will slide over. I would think that someone on roll call has the in between seats. PM me if you know of another ticket in that row.

Or maybe he just wants to kick it at home for a couple of days in the middle of tour. He does pretty much live in LA now.
I saw a post or two on Facebook saying this would be a solo acoustic tour. Kind of surprised as I assumed Jim would roll with a full band. Anyone know?
I'd guarantee this tour is not solo acoustic. A few solo acoustic numbers, maybe. But the band is right there in the promo video posted today. Doubt Jim would put together a band for four shows (Seth from Floating Action has already confirmed he's playing the first California dates) and then ditch it for the rest of the tour.
Agree. I'd be shocked if it's solo.

He said no. He said Jim hasn't asked him and that he has his own band project that's busy now recording an album.
I haven't talked to Dave Givan about it, but I'd bet he is still in the touring band for these shows. Who knows, Kevin Ratterman will be on tour with him as a member of Twin Limb. I guess it's not out of the question that he would still be Jim's backup guitar player and looping/sound effects dude. This will be interesting to see what happens with this tour.
