Just curious what everybody thinks...will the Red Rocks shows happen? Last year was absolutely perfect, can/will this become the norm for MMJ, play a set of shows Memorial Day weekend at RR every year??? Thoughts....
I am very very optimistic that it will happen again, maybe not Memorial Day weekend (although that was ideal!) but I think their following is big enough for them to keep doing a 2 night run at RR every year. They've earned it!
Not from what I'm hearing in the grapevine around here. I'm pretty sure AEG already has someone booked that weekend. My source has been wrong before though :rolleyes:

I'm really hoping a 2 night run again at Red Rocks. It replaced my yearly festival last year and I wouldnt mind if it does again. Festival lineups are getting worse and worse these days, at least to me.
I just hope they play two nights there sometime next yr. I have yet to see them at RR and am planning a trip to CO for next summer with a friend to climb some mountains but we're waiting to pick dates in the hope that we can roll two nights of MMJ at RR into the trip. Fingers crossed!
My friend is getting married next year memorial day weekend (in Louisville, no less) so I'm selfishly hoping they pick a different weekend to do it next year so I can go again.

I forget. Was a band I never heard of. They were supposedly booked one of the 2 nights in question. Let me see if I can find my conversation
I just saw that it was announced Odesza will be playing on May 27th Red Rocks in 2017, sooooo guess no MMJ on Memorial Day weekend unless it's Sunday/Monday night.
Hoping for a late July/early August two-night run then!
DEFINITELY not Memorial day weekend now. Apparently my buddy just made up the name of the band to throw me off since it was Tom Petty booked for Memorial Day weekend at Red Rocks. I'm pretty damn excited. :beer:
