Pabst in Milwaukee had a teaser yesterday about a show announcement coming. Hoping we see something next week. I'm sure they want to sell out OBH first.
I know its a huge long shot but I do hope they manage to get back to Australia on this tour cycle. Even if it is a support slot with a couple of headline shows thrown in. It has been 12 years now coming up 13.

I hope they make it to you! As someone who also lives on the other side of the planet (but Europe) I share your pain* in watching this band play US tour after US tour after US tour  Suppose they gotta play where the money is though. I wonder if the tiny 2023 Europe run was even worth their while financially in the end
* - the Nugs uploads have eased that pain a lot! I hope they continue with that going forward!
Any one have any tour info? Where they're playing, when tour dates may drop? I am growing antsy
Someone on Reddit said a DJ at KUT here in Austin said they're playing Moody Amphitheater in May, which makes sense. There was also a twitter post from Pabst in Milwaukee hinting at a future show. I'm ready for an announcement!
I'm ready for an announcement too. Good intel about the Austin possibility in May. Thanks. That makes sense too considering Jazzfest.
No Red Rocks thus far with today's announcement. I know some posters have insight on shows ahead of time, any information to suggest they will do a show/shows in Morrison?
Austin, Dallas and Houston for me!
Just got a text announcing a three night Louisville Palace run!!!
No northeast love :/
Quote from: ranyart on Feb 05, 2025, 01:36 PMJust got a text announcing a three night Louisville Palace run!!!
So excited!!
The Louisville shows are April 25 - 27 which is a busy time there (KY Derby is the following weekend and there is all sorts of stuff going on before that), so definitely suggest booking travel early. I signed up for the One Big Family ticket deal, so I guess we'll know more Monday!!!
Edit - I just checked the main MMJ page and Louisville is getting a different opening act every night. How fun is that?
Louisville event calendar - https://www.wlky.com/article/dates-2025-kentucky-derby-festival-events-thunder-parade/61088283 (https://www.wlky.com/article/dates-2025-kentucky-derby-festival-events-thunder-parade/61088283)
I have not purchased the family plan yet and am not sure that I will. Tix for the Palace will go quickly but it seems like the band presale always go quickly as well. Seems like it is a limited amount allocated. Might just take my chance with the Ticketmaster presale. Would be nice if they had some three night passes available. I would do the family plan for that.

Yeah agreed. I don't think I'll get to any other shows this year but will plan to go all three nights in Louisville. Not sure joining and paying for membership gives much of an advantage over the many other presales happening throughout the week.
requested 4 tix for all 3 louisville shows.
so, when they present this family pass thing, you get this:
Be first in line for tickets with exclusive presale access giving you access to the best seats in the house
sounds really good, so i forked over the $50.
but when you actually go thru the purchasing process, you get
you may be confirmed for all, some, or none of the shows you selected
and you may be charged the maximum for the best seats....unless you are assigned cheaper seats.
so if there are no guarantees for either tickets or quality seats, why did i pay $50?
there are 9...yes, 9....presales for these shows. i gotta believe i could have scored great seats going that route. i especially don't like signing up for tickets when i have no idea where my seats will be. but i figure i paid my dues, might as well play their game and see how it goes.
oh well, that's my bellyache for today. hopefully Monday will bring good news.
Hard to say if it was worth it before we all see if we get tickets and where they are. Definitely seems like a bit of a gamble.
I really don't think anyone will who uses Family Pass will ever miss out on tickets unless it's a big Red Rocks type show or something where the demand is OVERWHELMING. I think they just have to say "you might not get tickets" as a CYA type statement.
I'm going the presale/ general sale route for any show I try for this leg. I'm not crazy about some of the wording on the family pass thing and want to see how it plays out before I request tix through it.
The "might be charged maximum" is too open open ended for me if tix are going through Ticketbastard, and no info if they'll do the whole Dynamic Pricing thing.
Quote from: Cameron on Feb 05, 2025, 01:29 PMAustin, Dallas and Houston for me!
Same here! When does the pre-sale start? I got the One Big Family medallion
Already started and goes through the weekend. You should have gotten an email.
I jumped at the opportunity to get the OBF Family Pass. I love the audio/video content access (first show announcement Live at Paradiso, Amsterdam, Apr. 8, 2000 is already worth $50 to me) and of course the early ticket access is wonderful (hopefully), but I also look at it as a good way to "pay my dues" to the band since I don't buy physical media anymore.
Simple question: how do I navigate on One Big Family to sign up for the pre-sale access for the spring tour? When I'm logged in, there doesn't seem to be a straightforward way to find the shows and sign-up for presale. The entire OBF site doesn't seem organized well so there's a good chance I'm missing something.
Do it through the email they sent. There's a link to put in for tickets.
GA for all 3 Texas shows secured through lotto.
Just got all three nights for Louisville Palace! Thank you MMJ

Same! Exact same seats in Orch3 for nights 1 and 2, and Loge2 for show 3.
Well, my whining paid off. In the orchestra pit nights 1 and 2, 5th row dead center night 3. Woo freaking hoo!
I heartily agree, thank you MMJ!🦉
Edit: and I have always been strangely obsessed with having aisle seats for concerts and sporting events. 2 of the 3 nights we are on the aisle 👍
Congrats everyone on getting the hometown tix!

No doubt and it'd be worth it to me as well.
Only reason I asked was because of some of the wording in the OBF Pass thing about maybe being charged for the most expensive. I certainly don't mind paying the highest tier, but TM has been screwing people with their Dynamic pricing and tix costing more at checkout than when placed in carts. I didn't know if MMJ was going the dynamic pricing with TM, and glad to hear they haven't.
Got Louisville x3 and STL. Debating KC as well but will wait til closer to the show. Excited!
I just realized there's some open space around the Louisville shows. Might they add a show or two before and/or after those?
Also, Jim and Patrick's birthdays are on April 27!
I'm in for all 3 Louisville shows!

Didn't join one big family but got an email with a presale code so figured I'd give it a try. Ended up getting four seats on the aisle lower level. $74 including fees. It ain't RedRocks but it it isn't a 1300 mile round trip from home (KC) either....😁
I got the best reserved tix in Riverside Milwaukee, front row center balcony. For a first try using OBF Family Pass presale lottery, I am very happy. Sounds like others are satisfied, as well. Also digging Squid Ink.
I was a little disappointed with the Louisville Palace location Ticket Monster gave me after paying for the $50 Family Pass presale opportunity. Like others here noted, Family Pass presale description was very vague about what you might get and how much it might cost. They stuck us on the far left side 14 rows behind the Orchestra Pit. Two days later I checked the site and there were much better tickets available. The two middle sections had seats closer to stage available when I looked, so the Family Pass presale turned out to be worse than just buying tickets later. $79 for the ticket and $21 for the "fee" were the end result.
I wish somebody would find a way to eliminate the TM/Live Nation venue conniving slime.
Unfortunately I won't be able to make any of the shows on this run. But the next best thing, one of my twins is a Jr at Ohio U and her twin and my youngest are at Cleveland State. They were already planning on making a trip to Athens that weekend so I bought them tix for the Athens show!
They're all casual fans growing up with me listening to Jacket. I'm hoping them seeing Jacket live will transform them into more than just casual fans!
Presale was kind of confusing when I originally tried to get tix. Wouldn't let me choose tix but it just said I would get an email if my request was approved. Email came today with my presale code so I was able to get them balcony seats (their request).
Two more Louisville shows have been added! OMG... Not seeing a way we can make that happen, which is super unfortunate. Two new/different opening acts also. MMJ is doing Louisville right!!!
Edit - fuck that shit! Tickets have been acquired and we are on our way to a five night run in Louisville KY. Love will find a way...
Yeah, gotta pass on nights 4 and 5. I might regret it one day, but 3 in a row will have to be enough.

I knew it! It dawned on me yesterday about the extra space before and after the 3 shows.
So, does this mean we're getting all 10 albums played?
In for all five. Holy Moses.

I don't know if this was a bad leak by the venue but there's a show in the Seattle area on 8/9/2025. It's at the Chateau Ste. Michelle Amphitheater.

If anyone put in for the lottery, how did your tickets turn out? Good seats? Regular or platinum pricing?
I did for the Texas shows and it worked out great. Will be in the pit in Austin and Dallas. I just put in for the So Cal shows.
We're definitely going to Newport KY because it's the last day of her 59th trip around the sun for the Mrs. We probably will end up going to some of the Chicago shows, but I am not thrilled by The Salt Shed. Would love to go to the last two shows in Atlanta at The Fox but that probably isn't happening.
Thank you MMJ! :headphones:
The presale info is very poorly organized.
I'm a One Big Family member, but not a Family Pass holder. Do I get access to presale?
I'd like to finally try to go to Red Rocks this year for my first time.
Got my request in for Newport. Hope it yields similar results to the excellent seats we got for the Louisville Palace shows.
Quote from: APR on Feb 27, 2025, 04:25 PMIf anyone put in for the lottery, how did your tickets turn out? Good seats? Regular or platinum pricing?
can only speak for myself, but I got fantastic seats at regular price.
Are there openers for the summer/fall shows?
How likely is the Austin show to sell out? I want to buy GA tickets but the $200+ price tag is a bit steep - thinking it might make more sense to wait until the week of the show to find someone backing out, but also paranoid that I'll lose out!
You'll be able to get in. In '22 when they played there there were plenty of good tix available the week of the show. I was actually pissed because the ones I bought through the presale were not great.
Lottery was a joke. It sucks that I still don't know if or what I got ticket wise for Red Rocks and the presale is already happening. I almost pulled the trigger on a pair of VIP tickets for both nights, but didn't since they are not transferrable. I hope I get good seats with the family pass lottery. So frustrating. At least I got Dillon secured.
Once again scored excellent seats, this time for the Newport show. First row of reserved seating, on the aisle. Couldn't have picked better. Family Pass has been a great investment for me and my group.
Row 27for RR N2
I finally got an email saying my Friday tickets went through, and then a separate email a couple of hours later saying my Saturday did not. Which is BS, since I was able to just got to AXS and buy them. Stressful morning. On the bright side, I have Dillon and 2 nights at Red Rocks to look forward to!!
We got Sec H Row B 1-4 for Newport, so we might be sitting right behind you slappymoe. We haven't worked out the full Chicago plan yet, but I doubt we'll be going to all three shows and the Saturday show is on our daughter's birthday so we might be redirected elsewhere.
For the first time in a very long time I can say I'm OK with missing some Chicago shows, and that's thanks to the awesome Louisville run coming up in less than two months! Thanks again MMJ for hitting the road in 2025.
Did anyone get anything for Brooklyn yet? I have yet to receive anything and am worried I went 0 for 3
Thanks for the info slappy! I did the lottery thru the fan club and did great for Philly (GA Pit), but NY I got GA Balcony for $140 per ticket. On Ticketmaster, tickets are $93 including fees for the floor. It is definitely irksome that we get charged $140 (non VIP) each when anyone else can get tickets for $93. That is not right.
I love this band, but there was way too much confusion and way too many different pre sales (two different fan club sales, Spotify, venue, etc). We should know our ticket status early so we can then make an educated decision about the reduced and regular TM pricing or potential upgrades if we want to go for VIP before all the pre sales.
APR! We will be in BK all three nights! GA Floor tix :drum: Agreed that the system is very convoluted and super annoying...I think the one site should come with a flash warning...
Quote from: ranyart on Mar 04, 2025, 05:51 PMWe got Sec H Row B 1-4 for Newport, so we might be sitting right behind you slappymoe
did some research and found that seats in every section are numbered from left to right if you're looking from the stage. We're Section H, Row A, 11 & 12. As close to dead center as possible.
If we all survive the coming months, I'll see you there!
I only put in for Philly GA/Reserved and got GA for both nights. First time to Philadelphia.
Anyone know if tix will be re-sellable. I put in for all 3 Chicago shows and the Newport show. I got an email that I got tix for the Newport show, but that was all that was sent. So i freaked out and bought tix for all 3 Chicago shows with the pre-sale. Then, hours later, I got 3 separate emails that said I did get lottery tix for the 3 Chicago shows.
TL;DR - I have more tix than I need but right now TM says I can't sell them.
