I think the issue with the recording is that it was accidentally recorded in mp3 format, which isn't considered to be tradeable.
As far as I know, Sweatboard was the only taper.

I will try my best to put both the Birmingham and Knoxville shows up by the end of the week on bt.etree.  I think that because mine was the only recording that it's ok to put it up even though it was mp3.

I have heard Sweatboard's recording of B'ham, and I personally think that it sounds as good as some FLAC shows I've heard, and actually better than some other FLAC shows. (IMHO)

I'll fess up too... I've heard it and I think it sounds very nice. It's more clear than some of the "roomy" recordings that I have heard...

Actually the worst part of the B'ham recording is some guy leaning right over to Sweatboard at the beginning of the show and yelling "hey man, you gotta light" right into Sweatboard's mics which he mounts on his head (he looks like a fucking martian....it's funny)
