Jim is on WFPK Louisville 91.9 right now, playing a version on crazy version of Sooner. Is anyone recording this?
I think it was a recording from the media tent at Bonaroo. He played a new song and "Sooner". Sooner sounded like it was all prerecorded except Jim's voice but it was great. Sounded like it had toy instruments. Please tell someone recorded it!

Could someone in Louisville contact the radio station and see if they have it recorded?
One of my favourite moments at Bonnaroo was being so tired, and finally getting a good coffee on Friday morning, and Jen and I were just trying to get our heads around this big thing we were at, and Jim's radio Bonnaroo recording came on (they play it on all the loud speakers during the lulls).
Plus, it was beautiful.
I emailed the radio station to see if they are going to replay the two songs recorded in the press tent on friday at Bonaroo. I just got an email from Matt Athony, the correspodence guy from 91.9 WPFK Louisville for Bonaroo. He said:
I'll be playing the MMJ as well as many others recorded live
backstage at Bonnaroo on mon June 20th for an all Bonnaroo night from 9-1.
Hope you can catch it.

I don't have an elaborate setup to get a great recording but I hope someone in Louisville does. I'll probably be taping it on the good ole tape deck.

btw, I was listening to "This Magic Moment" from the Birmingham show and the omnichord or whatever we a re calling it these days is what he was playing on that version of 'Sooner', I'm almost positive, same canned drumm beat, too.
