I just realized that I'm in college. Thus, I do not own money. So driving or flying form Nashville to Chicago for a weekend to see a My Morning Jacket show, no matter how unconventially cool and amazing it would be, is kind of out of the question with the new gas hike.
So I'm selling my tickets. The both of em for $50. If your interested, by all means, let me know. Send me a PM or shot me a holler at tomeisenbraun@gmail.com
I hope this isn't illegal to do, because I really don't need to fly up to Chi-town on my own dollar if I can avoid it. I'd love to see the guys twice on this tour, but I'll have to settle for some Spaghetti Factory and some serious awesomeness in Nashvegas.
Or can I email the company and have them cancel the sale?
they usually Never cancel sales...
sons of bitches!!!
I emailed them my predicament, hoping that maybe they could help or do something, explained that I couldn't be in town that and that I'd rather not have to SCALP the damn tickets off to someone (which I'm sure is an illegal practice, do they not have any rewards for people unwilling to break small laws??!!)
So I get this kind and heartfelt email back from the idiots.

As per the user agreement posted on each of our ticketing sites which you must agree to before entering your credit card:
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the show has been cancelled or postponed; no exchanges will be allowed.

So they basically just slapped my nuts and called me Sampson. I love how I get some damn automated response, with no, "Sorry about that, but rules are rules, dude." or anything that looked like a human actually read my request, anything that didn't have the subject "BULK" on it, I might not be so peeved, but that is pure BS.
Any idea of anything I can do?
Got any pals who need birthday presents?
:-/
Somebody from here might buy them. It's not *really* scalping. You'd be scalping them if you were standing out from of the venue trying to sell them for more than the price of the tix.
Keep your fingers crossed.
Eisey, I may have a few friends who need tix to the show, I'll PM you once I find out, hang in there dude! :)
