What's their official taping policy? Are they open to the point where I can bring in my equipment and openly tape? See you at the Electric Factory and maybe the Roseland Ballroom.

It's posted somewhere on archive.org. If I remember correctly, the band is cool with taping, but doesn't really dig the SBD sound (probably has something to do with the amount of reverb and the resulting sound of the mix through the board). I think the only complication that you will face will be through the venue if you are trying to tape at a non-taper-friendly place.
