mom was supposed to come for a visit next week.  maybe she would like to drive to san diego...  ;)

Here's the direct link that will have the streaming video on Monday.  I am still not clear on weather it will be just interview clips or interview and performance.   There's a nice little write up on there now.  Check it out.

It was not "live".  The interviews will be archived at that link eventually but they havn't been put up yet.   I will let you know when I see them show up.

What the hell is taking so long?

I want to see the interviews, because I'm hoping the interviewer asks Jim what he could have done to make At Dawn a better album.

It would probably be something like, "I'd never even think about leaving out Strangulation, or Smashes, XMas, or PWW, and would never add a stripped-down Cobra. Maybe more cowbell?"

he'd probably agree that it was too long and got bogged down in the middle, and that no one would ever be interested in listening to the whole thing. he probably would've made the songs three and a half minutes, so the radio would pick em up, and he'd probably cut if it smashes down because it was too unconventional.

FYI. A very nice person at the Rock and Roll HOF returned my e-mail and said the the video clips should be up "sometime next week" meaning this coming week.
