from jambands.com:

Jim James Celebrates Hanukkah With Yo La Tengo

After bonding at the recent I'm Not There Bob Dylan tribute, Yo La Tengo invited My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James to sit in on the third night of their semi-annual string of Hanukkah shows at Hoboken, NJ's Maxwell's. While rumors swirled throughout the night, James waited until three songs into the group's encore to take the stage for covers of Neil Diamond's "Solitary Man," P.F. Sloan/Steve Barri's "Secret Agent Man" and Kiss's "Hard Luck Woman." As is tradition, Yo La Tengo's encore celebrated a mix of great Jewish songwriters. The evening was also notable for choice takes on Sun Ra's "Nuclear War," Bob Dylan's "I Wanna Be Your Lover" and the Yardbirds' "Heart Full of Soul," among other festive covers. Yo La Tengo will once again celebrate Hanukkah at Maxwell's this evening. For more on the group's run, check out Senior Editor Jesse Jarnow's daily reports.

download the tracks, then download flac frontend. just type those words into google, it's a free download.  Then open the program drag the files you want to convert into the box, choose a folder you want them to go to and hit decode.  You will then have Wave files which you can burn to a CD and/or convert to mp3.  I use shorten to convert but I think winamp will do it too.

Give a woman a fish and she gets fed for a day.

Teach a woman to fish and she gets fed for life.

Sweet.  I will give it a try.  I'm downloading it now at work and it's taking a helluva a long time - I thought I only was downloading the one song, but me thinks it's taking the whole thing since it keeps going, and going, and going....
The rest must wait until I get home as I fear Big Brother might have something to say about the rest of this business.  Thanks for your help aMD (and BH!).

Good Lord, that took FOREVER!  For only the one song, too - I thought the whole show was coming along for a ride since it was so long, but no.  I guess there's a reason I'm not a techie... I have zero patience for this stuff!!

Anyway, I managed to get Solitary Man into my iTunes!  Hurray!  Thanks peeps!

Liz, give a pm if you want me to burn a copy of the song for you, though I'm sure BH will hook you up.

EDIT:  :-[ Oh, I guess the boys are on top of it tonight!  Yay, you guys rule.

This recording is AWESOME, my favorite is the Kiss cover.

I'm not sure why it took me three days to download the whole show though.
