Stubhub.com....has front row tix going for ....this is crazy...$801.00...who is going to buy them??? I have seen MMJ five times...they are my favorite band...but I could not pay or justify paying $801.00 a ticket...sorry fellas...but I just couldn't.. that is more than my rent for one month. I wonder who is gonna by them...i'll be sure to be checking it out at the show. One can only hope they are true MMJ fans.
I was able to score 4 tix in the Orch JJ during the intial presale..thank you tix gods...then silently watched all this maddness go on for the last week on the forum.
For anyone that is going...New York City in the Summer...MMJ on a Friday night...it won't come soon enough:) I'm gonna have Evil Urges for the next 5 months

man, i agree. the only way i would pay $800 to see anyone is if they dug up jimi hendrix or jerry garcia.
especially after coming down from the high of bonnaroo (and hopefully seeing the VERVE) and driving back to NY---i'll be going back to work that week all depressed and then the pure joy of seeing them on friday--makes it all that much better. it's like the new years eve of an xmas break or something. i feel ya golden lady!
btw, i met someone out on friday night who said he got 3 handicapped tix!! (um he's not handicapped) just wondering if the people who clicked on the handicapped bar and got tix right away (killer seats) have to actually prove the disability. i think karma comes back to people like that but here you have someone w/3 awesome seats. i've never known people to do that but maybe it's pretty common.
About the handicapped tix- I got two of them by using best available, but I am not handicaped (unless you ask my wife). I wonder if they just made them available to anyone.
I recently had a major knee surgery and have an actual handicap placard that expires June 8th. Out of curiosity I had checked the "accessible" seating after the presale and they were showing ORCH Row MM center stage available. I thought about how sweet those would be but also knew I would be better by then and that would be wicked lame.
They do check on that stuff but wonder if they did just release those to the general public. Although, it would suck to get booted out for not being hurt/handicap.
im pretty sure the ticketmaster website specified you can get ejected

Yeah man, I'm kind of a Sinefield fanatic. Remember what happened to George's car when he parked in the handicapped zone? You're treading on thin ice with those tickets.
I also took this approach to see Phish in miami new years eve 03, we were fine; and had great seats. I did have to push my buddy around in a wheel chair all night though But no one asked to see any form of paperwork, that would just be crazy ;D The things we do to see our favorite bands, Im sure i'll have to do it for these boys in couple years. GOOD LUCK

No worries, I was being a dick!
FYI you can change your post by clicking modify. I'm a bit of a fanatic too, funnily enough I was watching the 'serenity now!' episode last night ;D
Keeping things on topic, $800?!! Maybe the Jacket will need to issue Led Zeppelin style wristbands in future? ;)
Extreme, I know but something has to be done to stop the scalpers getting so many tickets...

tickets in my row are $589 on stub hub >:( and i payed a mere $39.40 + nominal fees :D
Anyone familiar with the pit? it looks like the stage wraps around it....but i am not able to view the stage from my seats on the website. but i am fucking stoked because the view from aa orchestra is damn fine. i know a couple of others on the forum got pit seats too, so we will rock the fuck out. Hopefully there won't be any non-fans up there...as I have no intention of sitting in my seats. thrashing, dancing, jumping up and down....they are all uncontrollable ;)

I'd be VERY CAREFUL of doing shit like that old boy. Instant karma's gonna get you.....
As I said before, I got handicapped tickets using "best available," but I didn't realize they were handicapped until after I bought them and checked the seating chart. No where on the receipt does it mention the seats being handicapped. I hope karma doesn't get me, because it was unintentional.
