If I can go, maybe we could meet up in Bowling Green off of I-65 and share a ride from there...
I would love to meet some regional forum members here. Hope everyone can make it
Awww. Hope everyone has a good time!
I don't really understand how to obtain tickets for this. Am I missing something?
i am going to try and make it to this.. but it's a thursday night so not sure how i can handle driving up from FL.. and back down to basically go straight to work.
i have a friend who lives in nashville and she said the bluebird cafe is one of the most intimate venues in the city. table seating for approx 80 people.
Been out of the loop for awhile, but does anyone know if he's going to tour behind the new album? Been checking his site sporadically but haven't seen/heard anything. Philly is a Jacket "stronghold", Im sure Carl would get a lot of love here.

Haha, I've never heard anything like that but they do always get a ton of love in Philadelphia.

Most definitely. The Philly fans always let the boys know how much they are appreciated. Every Jacket show I've been to in Philly has had an incredibly rocking crowd

He already did...pretty sure you were there, dude... ;)
Can't wait to get my Jacket Family Fix at The Bluebird this thursday. I saw Abigail w/ Bela, Ben Solee and some badass on fiddle/violin a few years ago at U of L. Diggin' on the new Broemel sound too. Sure to be a very lovely, peaceful sound eminating from the stage. My wife was scheduled to attend, but the thought of driving directly to The Bluebird and turning around immediately following the show to return to Louisville was more than she could stomach. This road warrior enjoys a musical challenge!
I unfortunently have to bail on this. Finals + money made this one difficult.

Aw that sucks! Here's hoping to more Carl tours in the future.
Hey girls and boys, I am leaving for the show around 5:30 pm tomorrow. I have plenty of room in the mommy van (Honda Odyssey) if anyone would like to carpool with me. I must return to Louisville immediately following the show to resume my fatherly duties by 6:15 am. friday. Leave word of your intentions on this post and I will get in touch with you. Peace to you, David :)
