My answer is:
Smoked Gouda
Rolling Rock
The sweet, mellow-smoked taste of smoked gouda clashing with the bitter, dry Rolling Rock tastes like a spring day, circa 1987, devouring an entire log of gouda spread onto Wheat Thins and washing it all down with a 12 pack of the Rock.....ahhhh, sweet memories! ;D
Smoked Mozzarella
Fullers ESB (it goes with everything) or a good bitters or Vintage Henley (s great English ale)

ah, havarti...another fine cheese. paired with anchor steam (http://www.anchorbrewing.com/beers/), that sounds great.
also, are there any NY or PA boarders who have an opinion on Gennesee Cream Ale?
