he is opening for the decemberists here in may. ill give you the word on the show after but as far as his music, i have his cd and he is good.

I'm currently poking around trying to find a disc of his cheap in case he's still touring with them when they (eventually) get to Chicago.  I can't imagine he's awful or he wouldn't be opening!  Still, I thought it odd none of the 'Jacket Nation' has been talking about him...

Wow, I'm diggin' it, too.  Dude can write a beautiful song.  

I'm kind of weirded out by the fact that he looks, sounds and plays almost exactly the same as a really good friend of mine.

His guitar is really pretty.  :)  

further...  Oh my lord, the guy is 20?  Whuuut?  

Man that makes me feel old.

this guy sounds pretty sweet. he is definitely an old soul. doesn't he sound like a grizzled old man on a front porch? in a good way, of course. like he's got some stories to tell.
