What kinds of ham do you like best?
I've always dug Tavern Ham, but...heh, there's alot of other options out there.
Tavern is the classic choice. I also like Virginia Baked ham and sometimes I like a pepper cracked ham.
i enjoy a sweet pineapple glazed ham
I bet a lot of people don't really know the whole process that goes into creating a fine ham, friends.
Wow, this is just like Red Mosquito, who's going to start the Hot Girls Thread? I just bought a half pound of Tavern Ham and I only got three sandwiches out of it, does that sound right?
there's this place in town called "Heavenly Baked Ham" that's a chain, I think. Pretty expensive, but pretty fucking good as well.
There's also a place that makes spiral cut hams that I want to call Paul's, but I can't remember it right now. I had one once at a party, it tasted like ham butter, it was so velvety soft. Man, this is kind of a turn on. Velvety, soft, buttery ham....mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Fuck ham! It's all about the canadian bacon...oh wait.
I had some ham last week. I don't know what kind it was, but it was a good kind.

I'm really interested in what you have to say, on so many levels, new friend.

Thanks, HorkoLad. I'm also finding your posting poetry extremely liberating and exemplary. I've very much enjoyed reading about everyone's ham experiences, and I look forward to the other subjects that you'll create in order to stir discussion. Fine, fine work.

You must be very cold, having to wear a jacket like that. You seem to look like you're having a good time, though. I've heard that caulking can be a very soothing and relaxing experience. I only hope it doesn't get you into trouble...
ok, i just read some article about the BTK killer online and then i scrolled down quickly and saw that picture here, and i thought it was the BTK killer and i got scared. creepy story, but i had to share.

I'd like to hear some love for Salami...
QuoteI'd like to hear some love for Salami...
this is neither the time, nor thread to talk up your crazy ideas of spicy meats, friend.
Well...as far as salted cured meats go, it's all about the pastrami...mmmmmm, pastrami.
QuoteI'd like to hear some love for Salami...
So you like Salami? I used to work in the sausage delivery buisness. Salami was my specialty.

;D
So.... I was the kid that brought ham sandwiches to school everyday when I was a kid. Just ham and bread. No cheese, no mustard, no nothing. I don't think I started putting cheese on my sandwiches until I was in the 9th grade. I was a pretty picky eater when I was a wee lad, so ham and bread always worked just fine for me.
I still love the ham, but enjoy it with cheese and mustard nowadays.

that's hilarious. salami jokes aside, the ham steak is also pretty tasty. fry it up in a pan with a little butter. mmmmm. add a lil' brown sugar for kicks.

Country ham, friends, is the only ham for me.

Man, there are way more varieties of ham than I ever thought possible.

But i have to say that SALAMI is the best thing on earth!!
Finally getting some love for Salami - thanks Patches!
Country ham is a southern delight - salty as fuck. (In the old days, it was salted heavily so that it would last forever.) It's really the only way I eat ham.
