What do y'all think of the new look to the band website?! I'm gunna look around for a bit...
Holy crap the archive is AWESOME!!!!!
THANKS CC! You have outdone yourself. I will be exploring for awhile, see y'all later!
i miss the psychedelic dancing midget baby
Niffty!
pretty hot makeover, for sure
NOOOOO!!!!!!
Now that my mourning of our lost panda is over, let me say that I really like the new logo. The site is sweet. Very nice work.
The graveyard owl led me to FeedBurner :-? Was this link always there, maybe in another form?

Ha ha, that was the first thing I clicked on. I was hoping for a delicious surprise!
that pic of bo in the corner looks like one of those religious icons
...bo... patron saint of keys...
We should make candles with that on it.
QuoteHoly crap the archive is AWESOME!!!!!
Agreed, it's REALLY sharp...great job CC!!
and look at patrick... he is in the zone
Sweet, there is a search engine in the setlist section, so for example, I searched for "Into The Woods" and all of the shows with it popped up!
It has poster art where available, opening acts, guest appearances. This puts my spreadsheet to shame!!! And that's a good thing!
That had to be a shit ton of work Riny. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
i will definitely put a 10 on this funk!

agreed, that's cool as hell and a great idea! awesome job, and thank you so very much C.C.!

And did you see this, in the "Thanks" section of the Archives:
"Thanks to:
- Ger Potze for keeping track of the early years at From Nashville To Kentucky
- Parading Without A Permit, mylifeisOught and Bevil Hevil for their setlist efforts on the My Morning Jacket Forum
- Everybody else who contributed to this archive, one way or the other."That's really cool! Dude, now you've got to keep your name all EU'd out!
anyone else check the new bio. 8-)
i was wondering if and when they were going to change the site up. this is awesome
this makeover rocks. like a nice pair of moon boots.
me likes, alot! change is always good...
I was afraid of the changes that would be made, but this is AMAZING! Updated sections, new archive, and still one of the best-looking layouts on the interweb. ;)
i love it. kinda tired of looking at the same thing all the time. so YEA!!!!!!!
Wow. It's the end of an era, and the beginning of a new one! I like it. ESPECIALLY the archive-sauce.
Yeah, I love the new site. The archive section is sweet!! :)

yeah. it is definitely an end of an era. i find it quite bittersweet. im going to miss that panda and the MERMAIDS a lot. especiallyl the mermaids. i love mermaids. but the addition of the archive is spectacular. mmj knows what kind of fans they have. They dont necisarilly have a massive following. Yet their following is probably much more involved and into the band than any other band in the world. Seriously.
This band is all about change.
It is performance art at its finest.
true professionals I say.
We love for it.
Yes I loved going on the web site today and being surprised to have a new greeting, like the moon rising up revealing a man that you want to know what is it he is looking at?
Then the boys on the balcony of what looks like the Fillmore in SF.
Ah the Fillmore, 3 nights at New Years and before that the taping of the DVD.
I love change, new hair, new music, new loves, new blogs, new streams and links to velocity blog, archive.org and SXSW. I love this site and the forum rocks!! can't wait for 6-10-08!!!!
Just a love dawg
Yup, whoever redesigned the site deserves kudos and a blowjob. I'm buyin'!!!
I'm excited and dismayed at the fact that the band is crossin' the pond to refine the songs live performances before bringin' them home for the late summer/fall touring season.
Diety du Jour, I hope they play Voodoo Music Fest!!!
Anyone hear anything about the possibility?
QuoteYup, whoever redesigned the site deserves kudos and a blowjob. I'm buyin'!!!
Buying or providing, shockadow? ;D
It certainly depends on how big the site fabricator's tits are. I'm a boob-man!!!
To be more precise, I was talkiing about buying the designer a KUDOS, the tasty, chocolatey snack!!! Blowjobs are free!
c'est beau
Quoteanyone else check the new bio. 8-)
Made me smile real big...and shot my anticipation for the new music up ever higher (if it was possible)!! :D
the archive is RAD! looove all the special info bits on each page.
riny: well done!
the herons in the banner are beautiful, too! :o
I need a bath
logging in today am seeing all sorts of small changes on the site.

Speaking of bygones...
Does anyone know where I can get images of the Okonokos monkeys?
Z Panda will stop in occasionally and say hi.

Perfect!
anyone have a large one of these?(http://i246.photobucket.com/albums/gg87/chetgrassq/okologokn0.jpg?t=1211169530)
or does anyone know how to make that picture larger without it getting all boxy-like
Shame to see the Z Panda go along with with the Okonokos orangutan on Patrick's bass drum. I saw the orangutan's last appearance on the second of three shows in SF as someone threw something on stage and it went right through. The orangutan didn't have a chance.
Love what they've done with the site, hope some of the graphics can make it to Patrick's bass drum! If not, then just wondering what the shield with "CC" means? Patrick kills at drums!
