I have a couple of friends who are super fans of this band. Started listening a month or so ago, and must say I am really enjoying them. Any other fans on here?
I only have Winter of Mixed Drinks, but I think its a great album. I hear Midnight Organ Fight is just as good if not better.
I've never heard of them, but have been slacking on finding new music, what would be a good song to check out?
I really like this band and prefer Midnight Organ Fight over the latest one (although it has some really good songs as well). Wanted to catch them at Lolla last year but I got sick and couldn't go. Here are two that I really like from them:

Midnight Organ Fight is perfect. I love that album. Floating in the Forth is amazing. Lyrics are ridiculously good, guy had a pretty bad break up.

I totally agree. It flows SO perfectly together, it's really hard to choose just a few tracks. Floating is playing right now, and yes, beautiful lyrics.

I think I want to hit up the Millvale (Pittsburgh) show. I don't know why bands continue to list it as Millvale when it's so damn close to Pittsburgh. I'm not real familiar with them but I like what I've heard so far on Spotify, and I like the venue so much that I want to start going to everything that's decent there.

First linten to Pedestrian Vs and it is great. Not sure if it will be on same level with The Midnight Organ Fight but I like better than The Winter of Mixed Drinks (not that is bad album).

Man this is really still bothering me. I feel so awful for his family and frends and bummed that he couldn't find his way out of his sadness. I've really loved listening to the whole FR catalog that I discovered a couple years ago when Ghost's recommended Painting of Panic Atttack. With this news I just actually finally started playing his new side project mastersystem and I think I like it even more than FR. Check it out if you get a chance. The last song on the album is called "Bird Is Bored of Flying" Sheesh. Keep an eye on the people you love guys.
Ya this is heart-wrenching for sure. I've been playing his solo project Owl John a lot the past few days. Scott leaves behind quite a body of work.
