It's easy as pie.  Just install a BitTorrent client such as Azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/) and click on the torrent file link to start downloading.  While that's going, check out some BitTorrent FAQs (http://www.dessent.net/btfaq/). ;)

It might be a little confusing at first, but torrents are very useful.

torrents are the primary reason (behind laziness) I gave up running the FTP server.  It's just too easy, plus torrents have gobs and gobs of bandwidth, whereas I do not... :'(

That's completely understandable.  

I forgot to add, jrat, once your files are downloaded, they'll be.flac files.  You need to install FLAC Frontend (http://members.home.nl/w.speek/flac.htm) to decode them into something playable.
