Only 8 years late replying, but I found this question pretty high on the Google hits when searching for this. I don't have time to tab it all out, but the progression is pretty simple if you know your modes. Key is Bb major. The bass line hits the octave then just does walks around the following mode shapes.

Intro/verse:
D phrygian (3rd mode) (Minor scale w/ flat 2)
C Dorian (2nd Mode) (Minor scale w/ raised 6)

Chorus/Outro:
C Dorian (2nd Mode) (Minor scale w/ raised 6)
F Mixolydian (5th Mode) (Major scale w/ flat 7)
