2022 earliest for an OBH, which would require a well distributed vaccine by early-mid 2021. standard domestic touring won't happen until a vaccine is out either, and will be impacted by data and resurgence. It's going to be touchy for a while

Right there with you Justin.
We have a close family friend who is a tour manager and works under the Live Nation umbrella. He's been told not to expect any tours for at least another year here in the States.
He does a lot of touring in Europe and LN thinks he could be back to work a bit sooner but it's still too early to say with any real confidence.
Your point on the vaccine is a good one. Without one, a lot of people won't feel comfortable being in crowds and I'm sure a lot of States won't be lifting their restrictions on large gatherings.
