I got to go. I captured the audio and will upload it soon. I've also got a little bit of video footage that's not all that great but not bad either. I'll have a chance later in the week to work more on the whole thing.
I'm going to eventually upload this show to Internet Archives under my account. I've only got one maybe two shows there right now. Until then, here's the original audio from my Tascam DR-05. It's a WAV file and is available to download from my Dropbox account using this link. Let me know if this link works or if I need to do something else.

Late last night and even into tonight, I'm having trouble with my Nero program working with videos from my phone. My videos from the first half of the show are from my usual point and shoot camera and work well. I'm still editing those with my Taper Audio. The ones at the end of the show are from my phone, so I decided to upload them straight from my phone to YouTube with the original audio. The audio isn't all that bad, except for more of the audience talking during the quieter parts. Anyway, here's the last 19 minutes and another part just prior that's only 3:33 long. I have more from the first half of the show with my better camera that I'm combining with the Taper Audio. It's looking pretty good so far.

The bass player is W.G. Rickel out of Louisville's artistic scene. I didn't know who he was until after the show and then realized I actually attended one of his SYNAPSE events at La La Land about 3 years ago or so. It was a very cool and relaxing event that I may share more details about later.

I got the heads-up about 30 hours prior to the show from someone who knew I would likely be interested. He didn't get to go, as it turns out. Dennie Humphrey is one of the owners of the High Horse (some of you may know of his long and deep ties to the individual members of the band and their families and several important and historic music venues in Louisville's recent history). He told me he was glad to see me and that he was glad the word got out. There was to be a limit of around 300 people. I know a couple of people that were let in at the last minute, so there were roughly 350 people (that number was repeated by someone else I've seen). It was a wild and very cool thing to have witnessed/experienced!

This might be an unpopular opinion...I love Jim and I get this is like a casual side project...but him trying to be Ripley Johnson ain't it. Cool that he's going a little outside his comfort zone though.

The only thing new with this Full Show is that the first 3 videos were included, but the sound from the last ones, which came from my phone, were redone with the same Taper Audio I made using my Tascam DR-05. I filled in the missing time during the second half with new captures of still images from the last two videos from my phone. Hope everyone likes and enjoys this special and unique show. I know I sure did!

This is a really great and unexpected release. Just listened to the entire album and it's definitely my sort of thing. Love the concept and fun of it being a fully live/ improvised album. Everything Jim touches as that soulful sense of authenticity and raw grit. Would love to see this experiment live!
