A few weeks ago the long time local operators of the Exit/In announced that their lease wasn't being renewed and I felt the need to go back and revisit some MMJ shows from this legendary venue. It's been there for over 50 years and is frustrating that a large real estate firm will now be taking over. They claim that they will be making improvements and reopening at some point but no one really knows the future of the venue.
