I love Ben Folds and the five.  I heard that he was gearing up to relase a new album a leaked a "fake"album onto the internet disguise as the major release.  When the release came out, fans realized they had been fooled. When fans who don't know about the internet heard about the fake album they demanded that it be release as well and it was.  Weird and cool, just like Ben.

I'd love to see Ben Folds Five.  I saw Ben a whole bunch of times when he was touring for Silverman.  Enough times that I'm rather burned out on him.  Hopefully the rest of his new album is better than what he has up online because I don't particularly care for any of those songs.

I liked those series of EPs he put out a few years back, "There's Always Someone Cooler Than You" is a fucking great song!  Have you heard that bootleg from the wolf trap in 05?  It was during his solo tour and he calls out Rufus Wainwright for "Careless Whisper" and Guster for"Rock This Bitch".  Great show all around.

Those EPs are great.  Sunny 16 is my favorite of them though they all are good.  I'll have to look up that Wolf Trap show.
