"Ol' Man River"
« on: Dec 07, 2008, 06:06 PM »
Is one of the best songs I've ever heard. In the past years, I've heard the Ray Charles version and couldn't keep myself from crying. Amazing. I hear Paul Robeson sings it the best, but this version from Showboat overwhelmed me so I thought I'd share.

Aretha's is pretty amazing as well, of course.

I love Paul Robeson's version  :)
God will forgive them. He'll forgive them and allow them into Heaven.....I can't live with that.
