Very . It looks like a sweet venue to me. It seems similar to the Verizon Amp in Alpharetta, GA, and that place is a great venue.

Enjoy the show, and be sure to post your thoughts on it.

HBO will be airing a special on the making of the new album "High Hopes" on Friday night April 4th.  Here's the trailer:

No word on additional 2014 dates. I've heard from a few different people that as of now nothing is planned, and these spring dates might be it for the year. Hopefully not, but if anyone was holding out for summer, I wouldn't count on that happening, and try to get to one of these spring shows. I was doing one, but I'm now probably going to add a couple more.

Wanna take a ride to Virginia Beach or Charlotte? Two Saturday shows in April. Just throwing it out there.

Snagged a pit ticket to Va. Beach, so I'll be heading down the road next Saturday for a Bruce fix.

Here's a link to the Springsteen live stream for tonight's free show in Dallas for the Final Four weekend. Same event MMJ played last year in Atlanta.

Starts at 8:15 eastern, 7:15 central.

With the Nashville show looming this Thursday, I had a couple of pit questions that I was hoping someone could answer. Do the times on this website seem accurate http://www.backstreets.com/Assets/pdfs/BruceGA08.pdf? I looked for a High Hopes Tour specific time sheet but couldn't find anything. Also, how many pit wristbands are usually issued and how quickly are they given out before they're gone? Thanks in advance!

That looks about right to me. They used to have the distribution for a bit longer, but they shortened it this leg. Each venue is different as to how many are allowed in the pit depending on local fire codes. Most pits will be between 350-500. I know for the tour opener in Cincy, they gave out just under 800 lottery wristbands, and 400 ended up in the pit. Pretty sure the wristbands lasted to just about the cutoff time. I know people were getting them a couple of minutes before 5:00, but no idea how many were available.  Not that it matters, but I believe the lottery number drawn for that show was lucky # 464.

The pit isn't really that big, and if I'm not lucky enough to be 1-2 deep on the rail, I prefer to hang in the back of it. More room, and still close enough to see really well, and feel the energy. Bruce will make his way back there, and in arenas there's usually a back riser he'll go to a couple of times.

Enjoy the show, and good luck in the lottery.   Virginia Beach was off the charts, so I'm sure they'll be in fine form for Nashville.

Got into the pit! Really happy with my spot. About 8 rows from the rail, center stage.

Nice! Enjoy the show.  I know you will, especially from that sweet of a spot! I heard they gave out over 1,100 wristbands, and 400 are in the pit. I'd say you made out pretty good.

I got to the doors really late (about 20 minutes before they stopped giving out wristbands) and got number 1,011 which I didn't think would bode well. Luckily, number 665 was drawn and I made it in the pit by about 40 people!

Looks like you got some nice gems last night.   Downbound Train is my favorite song off BITUSA, and I love it live. Some other great ones in there too, and I'm totally jealous of that solo acoustic Thunder Road!   I've been seeing him for 36 years, and God knows how many shows, and I've NEVER seen that! Pretty sweet rarity for you, and Nashville.
I'm not sure if it's ever been done like that at a show in the USA. I know it's been done at benefits, holiday shows, and as a duet, but I don't remember it being done solo acoustic at an E St. show here in the States.

Had a blast in Houston last night! Tunnel of Love is hands down my favorite album so it was a treat to hear One Step Up with the full band for the first time since '88.

Also, Bruce brought these two kids on stage for No Surrender and they did not disapoint!

Very cool. It's not hard to have fun at a Bruce show, and glad you did.  Gotta admit I'm a tad jealous about One Step Up, but psyched he's finally doing some off TOL again.    it's been a while since I've seen that one, and I think the last time I saw anything off that album was during The Rising tour in 03, and that one was the title track.

I'm going to see this Cover band, Bruce in the USA, at Brooklyn Bowl tonight. Apparently, they're pretty legit. Has anyone ever heard of or seen them before? You can't claim to be the "worlds greatest tribute band" if it's not true... Right?! Right?

Recently unearthed my Better Days cassette and it is PURE GOLD. I can't tell my courage from my desperation...
