I don't think MMJ have a 10. There's an 8 and a couple of 8.5s, but no 10s, yet.

Perfect From Now On
Time Fades Away / On The Beach / Tonight's The Night
The Soft Bulletin
Pet Sounds
At my house, we call them uh-ohs.

These albums might not be the greatest of all time, but to me, they do what they were designed to do absolutely flawlessly.

The wind blew me back, via Chicago, in the middle of the night.

Sticky Icky Green Stuff

ween - quebec

Bob Marley - Exodus
Radiohead - OK Computer, Kid A

I'm a little surprised more people haven't mentioned Z.  That definitely qualifies as a perfect album in my book.  Others that come to mind:

Wilco - Yankee Hotel Foxtrot
Radiohead - OK Computer and Kid A
Neil Young - Tonight's the Night
Spiritualized - Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space
Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation
Tool - Lateralus
Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers
Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tracks
Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
Son Volt - Trace
Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run and Wild, Innocent, E St. Shuffle
Soundgarden - Superunknown
Richard and Linda Thompson - I Want to See the Bright Lights Tonight
PJ Harvey - To Bring You My Love
My heart can't wait to meet you on the other side.

Funny thing is the queen is dead isn't even my favorite smiths album (strangeways is), but goddamn if that album isn't perfect.

I said it in another thread today... As far as studio albums go, Z is my last favorite MMJ album. Live, on the other hand, most of the songs are monsters. But as an album with a general flow, it sounds more like a greatest hits to me

I dont agree. In fact, I'd say Z is probably the most, at least, sonically cohesive album they have. I think I get what you are saying about the greatest hits thing, as far as being a fan now, but Z was a pretty stylistic change for them when it was released.
