Here is the chords for Old September Blues.  I originally got it off this site but they are gone now, luckily I had it saved on my computer.  However I don't know who to credit for this original transcription.  Oh and the timing is off due to the font change when i post.  The chords aren't in the right positions so just listen to the song to figure out when to change chords.

You can fiddle about at the end just picking the notes of the chorus, works pretty well hammering (2h3p2)the B string on the Bm

The little lead riff for this song goes a little something like this.

e--------------------------------------
B--3--2--3--2--3--2--3/5--5--3-
G--4--2--4--2--4--2--4/6--6--4-
D--------------------------------------
A--------------------------------------
E--------------------------------------

It does this little riff 4 times and on the fourth it holds at the
B--5-
G--6-
Its basically just works off the Bm and then slides to a C#m.  This might not be right but its how I play it.  You can also just play the part on the G string, its not as full but it is easier.
