Anyone know this one?  The Elizabethtown soundtrack says it's by "Ruckus" but we all know it's just Jim and a guitar.  Still a beautiful song, but I can't figure it out.

i don't add this one to te tabs site because it is not actually by Jim and I have a policy to only post Jim's songs to avoid any legal issues that other tab sites are running into.

btw, i heard that ASCAP is now suing bar owners that have cover bands who don't pay for the privilege of covering ASCAP material, where does it end?  pretty soon you're going to have to pay to whitsle a tune on your way to work.  sorry about the rant

wow. Maybe I need to push my kids in Sports instead of music. God forbide musicians play songs and people enjoy them. Worse off god forbide this actually drives interest in the artist that recorded in the first place and people might, I don't know, actually buy something by that artist. And these fucking asshole record execs wonder why sales are down (that and the over abundence of really crappy Pop, and Rap/Hip Hop). This just f'n pisses me off. Great vibe I got goin on right now.
