It's there as track 14.
The taper cut Know Til Now into two tracks and a couple tracks were mislabeled and out of place.

What application are people using to download this? I can't figure out and want to listen so badly!

you will need a bit torrent client to download the files. I use Vuze.
you will also need file converting software to convert the flac files into wav files. I use Trader's Little Helper.
both Vuze and TLH are free and I've been using them for many, many years.

both Vuze and TLH are free and I've been using them for many, many years.

There are plenty of audio players that play flac without having to convert them to wav. foobar2000 is a good one if you're on Windows.
