I've just been getting into this band over the past couple of months , and was thrilled to see they'll be at OBH!!!!

Can any other Portugal. the man  fans give me some advice? I love Evil Friends and Woodstock. Just getting into Satanic Satanist.  Downloaded American ghetto but have not been able to appreciate it at least on the first couple listens.  What else are must-haves?

Thanks in advance!

In the Mountain in the Cold is the only other album that I really dig that u have not mentioned. These guys are awesome however one of those bands that sound repetitive after a while. That said I have not listened to Woodstock.

Also, they are currently on tour.

Trey Anastasio (phish) has been covering 'Feel It Still' in his solo band almost immediately after the song was released.

Thanks everyone for your ideas!  I am loving Satanic Satanist and In the Mountain in the Cloud, thanks a lot for recommending that one.  (Still haven't gotten back to American Ghetto.)

I'm curious about all that work they did with Mike D just to trash it all.  The Beasties are so great, it's hard to believe they didn't come up with some gold.

Listen to this guy also. I feel like this one gets kind of underappreciated when I see them discussed.

Censored colors was the album that made me like them along with the satanic satanist and majestic majesty combo. I kinda fell off of them for itmitc and American ghetto. Evil friends was ok and I don't really care for what I've heard of the new one. A fun band who puts on a solid show.
