Any AIC fans here?  I just got their new album Rainier Fog and it is pretty damn good.
A bunch of songs have the sound reminiscent of their classic era like Maybe and Never Fade (which is should be their next single).  I'd recommend checking it out if you're a fan.

It's always impossible to recreate chemistry when a key member is gone from a band but I think AIC has done a good job, all things considered.  I think their newer material is a bit hit or miss but they still have a lot of good stuff.
Their live show is still pretty awesome as well!

I can't claim to be a huge AIC fan, but all of the new stuff I've heard sounds damn near to what their earlier stuff did, back when Layne was in the band.  William DuVall seems to fit into Layne's spot pretty well.

Right on.  I agree, he fits in pretty well and he's also a pretty good guitarist - he got a couple of nice solos at the show.
