ON APRIL 29

in 2002:
Jim opened solo for John Mayer at Metropol in Pittsburgh, PA

in 2003:
MMJ played at the Black Cat in Washington, DC
with Burning Brides and Detachment Kit

in 2006:
MMJ played at Coachella for the first time

in 2016:
MMJ played at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for the 3rd time
Prince died a week earlier so they covered Sign O' The Times and Purple Rain

in 2002:
Jim opened solo for John Mayer at Jillian's in Louisville, KY

in 2003:
MMJ opened for Bob Dylan at Jillian's in Louisville, KY

in 2010:
MMJ played at Koka Booth in Cary, NC
w/ Preservation Hall Jazz Band who were joined by Jim during the opening set for a few songs, incl. a cover of Jimmy Rodgers' Blue Yodel No. 9

my first MMJ show was this Koka Booth show. I was supposed to see them at the National in winter 2008 but Jim's stage accident canceled that one. Good show, the next night however... :)

I was supposed to be at that National show too.  That was going to be my second time seeing them and first show at that venue.  I also had tickets for one of their Chicago shows that got cancelled because of Jim's fall.  My sister was living in Chicago back then and I "conveniently" planned to visit her when MMJ was there.  I had my flights so still went.  So no MMJ and still looking for live music, we ended up seeing The Whigs open for The Kooks.

that 5/1/10 MPP show was one of the best i have seen over the years.  right up there with port chester cap theatre 2012 and t5. 

crowd at mpp was electric.  from the opening kentucky derby taps to the move on up it was just killer.  and jim was on fire.

looking forward to watching shaky knees tonight.  thanks boys!

Sasquatch '10 was the last OBH opener I caught. My first was was Roseland '06!

I was at Nashville '15 and can confirm OBH opened. my first show and I was hooked for life.

'Masterplan' and 'Only Memories Remain' were web-exclusives and not included in the broadcast episode (Nov 12)

Was lucky to get into that taping. Kind person handed me a ticket right before I was about to give up. Best version of masterplan I've seen in person.
